Totally blown away by how good this is, drys my laundry in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased 3 machines, 2 work fine but 1 will not work. Several attempts to contact customer services but no telephone number available only a robot at the other end sending emails asking for photographs of a machine not working which is impossible to show with a set of photos. No reply’s received from messages sent. Beware of terrible customer service.

I would love to leave a review, but I have not received my dehumidifier which I ordered 2 weeks ago.

I does really reduce humidity at all

I had doubts at first whether the device would meet my expectations and I’m pleased to say it certainly did deliver. The device performs much better than any of my previous devices- Definitely a 5 star rating.

Does what is says it should. Took the moisture out of the room quickly. Much better than our old one. Very happy with it.

I am totally disgusted as the item sent was not the correct item. The Customer Service is just diabolical. They have admitted false description and sent me a 24 page instructions on how to use the machine that I did not order 162 pound down the drain.

This dehumidifier works very efficiently - I bought it for my dad and he finds it easy to use and that it doesn't take up much space.

Product arrived damaged ☹️ still waiting for a response from the company, customer service is terrible, would now like a refund in full as it's been nearly 2 weeks without resolving.

I recently purchased an OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control!.

Unfortunately the item arrived faulty. Although the delivery was made within a somewhat timely fashion, from the outset the item appeared to be in pristine condition out of the box, that is where the delight ended. The delivery driver from DPD Courier Services could not have been less interested. He was on the phone whilst delivering and simply placed the item on the cold, wet floor upside down and left without saying a word. I guess that is what we have grown to expect from delivery drivers these days.

I had high hopes for this device. The reviews online were somewhat mixed, although generally favourable and it had apparently won a Which Award. In it's favour it is quiet in both low and high fan speeds. The Laundry Mode is useful for continuous dehumidification and the Night Mode will set the dehumidifier at the lowest fan speed setting and also switch the lights off. However, my unit appeared to be faulty in the Auto Mode setting. This is the setting that most would choose for day to day usage. In this mode you are supposed to be able to choose your desired humidity rating and by way of the inbuilt humidistat the dehumidifier should shut off when it either reaches this setting or perhaps just a small percentage below the desired setting. After the humidity is detected to be above your desired setting it should then switch back on until it is reached once again. In short, it regulates the humidity to your desired setting. Mine does not and simply keeps on running regardless.

The Pro-breeze App works well, although it keeps on reminding you to download the Pro-breeze App?. I would suggest that you download the Smart Life App instead. That way at least when it reminds you to download the Pro-breeze App it makes more sense. I had no trouble pairing the App by linking it with the corresponding skill within the Alexa App for voice control functionality. Sadly I have been unable to do much more than switch the dehumidifier on and off with simple voice commands, Useful, although not really necessary.

I have since contacted Pro-breeze Customer Services via there preferred and subsequently only method of contact, email, although after four separate attempts I have not received a human response approximately one week from point of delivery. Initially they said within each automated response that they would get back to me within a timescale of 24 - 72 hours. I considered this to be unacceptable, under the circumstances.

Based upon my own personal experience of dealing with this company so far I could not possibly recommend either the product or their company. If within the months throughout the year that you sell more of your products than normal then you should consider employing more staff to deal with the issues that will generally arise from such an increase in sales, even if only on a temporary basis. To over promise and yet under deliver is inexcusable in business today.

Thankfully the Rights of Consumer Act 2015 protects me against this sort of outcome. I shall expect either a generous, partial refund to offset the faulty dehumidifier received or a full refund for the amount originally paid in within a practical timescale. Otherwise I shall need to lodge a formal application with the local small claims court in order to recoup any losses incurred thus far.

This is our second pro breeze product that we have purchased. The dehumidifier we bought was to help dry clothes in our daughters house.Although early days,it seems to be working well and relatively quiet.

We're very pleased with the dehumifier, installing the app and linking the unit were both ultra simple and it's very easy to control. The app works better through the wifi connection than others we use for our tumble dryer and central heating thermostat.
One think I would like to know is the recommended level to use for the humidistat when drying washing.
