I was not satisfied with the after-sales service at all. I accidentally selected the wrong colour, and there was no phone number available to contact your support team. I had to send an email instead, which I did only a few hours after placing the order, requesting that you send the colour I actually wanted. Two days later, I received an email stating that the item had already been dispatched and that no changes were possible.
Due to the cold weather, I had no choice but to use the item I received, but the experience was disappointing.

Bought the dehumidifier to dry clothes as I don't have a tumble dryer. I also have crap windows so there can be a bit of moisture build up. Been using the unit for about a week now and it can dry my washing over night quite well. Doesn't seem to fill up with water very quickly but it feels dryer and the clothes are dry so it is definitely making a difference.
It seems to heat the room up a small amount too.

Definitely not quiet. When taking out the water tank to empty water can continue to drop, so need to keep an eye on that. Unsure about laundry mode, can’t see what it does differently to auto. Pro Breeze app gets continually slammed with messages telling you to use the Pro Breeze app!

Bought a dehumidifier first time. Looks good but it’s very heavy and noisy. The capacity is good as we only have to empty it once a day and it has a handle and wheels to easily move it around but it’s very heavy to take it up or downstairs. When the dehumidifier is in the room I’m working in, it’s very noisy. If I have to buy a dehumidifier again, I’d definitely look for one which is super quiet.

I had bought the 20L Dehumidifier (with Max Extraction, Laundry Mode and Smart App Control) from ProBreeze weeks before and was impressed with it so much so I bought this smaller unit for our en-suite.
Although it is bit basic in controls i.e. on/off.. it works well..
Does what we want and clears the room of condensation after a shower.. take little longer in time based on the 20L unit but expected that..
All in all more than happy with these units...

Great dehumidifier & removes plenty of moisture from the air but having bought another from the same brand a few years earlier I find it can be really tricky to remove the water channel & it fills absolutely to the brim which can result in water spilling on the floor not ideal when trying to remove damp

I ordered this because of the good reviews. Unfortunately when I used this particular dehumidifier for the first time, the fan stopped working after 15 mins using. Certainly it is a faulty unit that I received. I’ve tried contacting ProBreeze customer service via email (they don’t have contact number) They replied from my first email to get the details of the issue and videos of my dehumidifier but after that I didn’t hear any updates, it’s been few days now and I kept sending them email but no reply. I hope that they will resolve this issue ASAP and not letting their customers waiting.
