Love this heater, heats up very quickly and holds its heat well when switched off. Easy to use and move about.

If I could give no stars I would.
Company does not reply . Sent me a faulty product when I have provided multiple photos and recording more than once as they ask for it again and again . When it comes to replacing they don’t respond , over a week of silence now and still waiting for a resolution and response yet they have the cheek to ask for a review.

I've had two of these dehumidifiers by now. The first one broke within about six months and the company very kindly sent me a free one which has after a year also broken. They are great when they do work but they just seem quite easily broken. They also accumulate a LOT of dust inside as pictured which I don't know is safe. It's a shame as the company has great customer service they just don't seem to be very durable products
