Delivered quickly & on time. No viable dents or marks.
The issue so far is the operation. When altering all the buttons, for example mode, the icons are tiny and difficult to see & decipher. A main issue is to know whether the inlet or outlet should be directed to washing. From what I could determine, the outlet is where the fan blows out, should this be blowing the washing. It doesn’t mention this anywhere in the booklet. It does mention that the air filter needs cleaning regularly, however it doesn’t say where it is or a safe way to clean it. A tad confusing for me, a 73 year female. I’d very much appreciate it somebody could help with my issues.

First unit didnt work. AI Chatbot was useless.

12L Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat
Firstly, Hansen was awesome. When I eventually managed to email a human (Hansen) he was great.
Unfortunately ProBreeze do not have a customer service phone number and they will not phone you… very frustrating.
Their AI helpline chatbot was the worst I've ever experienced.
1) It couldn’t deal with my enquiry.
2) It kept repeating irrelevant questions
3) it kept repeating the same irrelevant answer.
4) when I did get an email from a human, the chatbot gave me concurrent contradictory information.
Very FRUSTRATING.
I was disappointed that I was sent a faulty unit when this company were recommended by Which! Magazine. I will be giving them feedback too.
However, when I got in contact with Hansen he was great.
The replacement unit was delivered very promptly. Thank you Hansen.

Noisy, bangs but works okay

6L Compact Dehumidifier
This arrived really quickly. Great job by the dispatch team. However, as soon as I switched it on it bangs in the casing. High speed is a complete non-starter. It's super noisy and would benefit from being appropriately bushed so that it can work quietly.

OmniWarm 2500W Oil Filled 11 Fins Eco Radiator Heater With Digital Display and Smart App Control - Black
It's a good product actually, easy to adjust and install anywhere, making room warm in max 2 hrs.

Impressed. They are working well at keeping bay window clear of condensation. Thinking of getting another for the bedroom

Refurbished - 12L Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat
This was a machine that I had never tried before so was uncertain about its effectiveness.
I needn’t have been.
It was used to dry out a small en-suite (3sqm) after suffering a leak.
It didn’t take long before I was able to re-lay the floor covering

Efficient neat and does the job well.
1800W Mini Ceramic Fan Heater - Black
After reading the reviews I was expecting it to be much louder. In fact it is not too loud at all but as you would expect for something with a fan. It heats my small office room nicely and quickly too. I definitely recommend this little appliance - it packs quite a punch for its size.

Only on intermittently but can't believe the amount of water that fills the tank.

OmniWarm 2500W Oil Filled 11 Fins Eco Radiator Heater With Digital Display and Smart App Control - Black
Needed a portable heater to cheaply heat a room, rather than the whole house. Did a lot of research & chose Pro Breeze as we already have their very good bladeless fan. This heater is excellent - looks smart, easy to move room to room, cable storage & heats up so fast. The app works well & yes you do have to reconnect app to the heater if you unplug it but this takes seconds (hold timer for 5 secs for wifi to turn on). I set it to eco mode as it reaches desired temp then goes to low mode, saving money. It's costing about 30p to run an hour when set on 21 degrees. Remote control & timer work fine. 10/10
Update: I found the app pretty poor when setting a timer as you can't control the heat. However, if you have an Echo device, you can set up a routine to control the heat setting!

Excellent little dehumidifier for smaller room. Easy to use and empty. Only problem is that you cannot clean any dust which can collect inside the unit.

Recently purchased the Pro Breeze 20L dehumidifer and noticed almost immediately how much better all round it is in comparison to the Meaco dehumidifier we had previously. Money well spent and thoroughly recommended.
