Spare-Part Adaptor Head
I contacted Pro Breeze as the adapter head had broken within the 1 year guarantee period. I received a new one within a very short space of time & my dehumidifier is now working perfectly again. Great customer service

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
It is working well, controlling humidity in a walk-in wardrobe which is accessed from a shower room, so occasionally used to suffer from high humidity. Now it's maintained below 55%.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. I didn’t receive my parcel and it says my parcel deliver. I reported pro breeze and still waiting for the reply.

This is a modern take on those cheaper sort you find on the high street the only difference is that this is refillable and can be reused every 100 days. Also it looks more attractive and less likely for your pet to get into but also a nice slender uniform shape. This makes it a lot easier to place and more attractive to look at. You simply add the tablet and close. It also has a water level window on thd side too to keep track.

2500W Oil Filled Radiator Heater with 11 Fins - Black
There is no way to contact the company by phone and speak with a human. All complaints are handled by an AI assistant, who made mistakes. My item was sent missing parts and was unusuable. I then got sent the wrong parts. This whole experience has been a big hassle. I can't speak to the product because I can't use it yet, but I will not be recommending this company because of their poor customer service.

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
Only been running my new humidifier for a couple of days but first impressions are positive (however time will tell). Had to empty it twice and it is impressive how much moisture it removes from the air. The fan is quiet on night mode though I'll be honest and admit we are predominantly using it in the spare room (which we have made into the temporary laundry room) so wouldn't hear it in the bedroom. The stipulated running costs seem less than a tumble dryer and there's the benefit of not having to run a vent outside
