Very pleased with it

Very effective and reasonably priced

Happy with it does what it's meant to but thought it was bigger than it actually is

Not only is the model nice looking and effective, but the customer service is great too. There was a slight flaw in the base and a new base sent immediately to replace it.

Very good, but having a completely white unit then you put a black cable, it let's it down.

Quiet on normal mode, even quiter on night mode. Does a great job of extracting moisture.

My filter arrived very quickly No problems at all and exactly what I'd ordered

Looks good and dose what it's supposed to

I really like the product it looks much nicer than other non electric dehumidifiers so easy to pour out the liquid. It has no noise as not electric and is perfect for my small downstairs cloakroom

Stopped working after 11 months

Great quality and heats the room fast

I got this for my son's wardrobe, which backs onto an external wall that tends to stay a bit damp, especially during colder months. It's not wet to the touch or anything, but clothes can end up feeling a little musty if they're left too long. I didn't want to run a plug-in dehumidifier for such a small space, so this seemed like a more practical option. It works using a single tablet that slowly dissolves as it pulls moisture from the air. Once that tablet's gone, you'll need to replace it. The unit itself is basically a container that holds the tablet and catches the water. Pretty simple setup, but it does what it's meant to.It's compact, quiet (since it doesn't use power), and doesn't look like a piece of equipment. There's a little window so you can see how much water it's collected, and it's easy enough to empty. I've noticed that the wardrobe doesn't smell damp anymore, and nothing has felt clammy since I put this in.They say the tablet lasts up to 100 days, though I imagine that depends on how much moisture it's dealing with. I'll probably need to replace it a bit sooner, but it's still less wasteful than constantly tossing those smaller plastic tubs. One thing that's not totally clear is what to do if the tank fills up before the tablet's fully dissolved, but I've just been tipping the water out and leaving it in place. It won't solve bigger damp problems, but for a small, enclosed space like a wardrobe, it's been quietly getting on with the job.

This little gadget is super effective at removing moisture from the air which has made a noticeable difference in my home especially in the bathroom where condensation can be a problem. One of the best features is that it's refillable and eco-friendly. The tablet that absorbs water lasts for nearly 4 months and then you pop in a new one and yoru good for the next 4 months. The design is sleek and modern and it fits nicely with my home decor. It has this innovative 360° design that absorbs moisture from all around. The Pro Breeze Osmo® Dehumidifier is a stylish and effective solution for keeping my space dry and fresh.

Haven’t used it yet so can’t comment but it looks good and I’m sure it will be fine.

At the time of review, I have no idea how much the refills cost. It is a hefty solid tablet that measures 10cm across so the cost of replacements is key to how useful and economic this is to use. There is a QR code on the back of the device and another on on the lid of the box which tell you to scan them for replacement ProBreeze tablets. Unfortunately it takes you to a website totally unrelated that seems to sell inflatable mattresses! I had expected a slightly more premium feel to the plastic body but its OK and overall it is quite an attractive and well designed dehumidifier.I can't give 4 stars without knowing what the refills cost as it is crucial to judging if this is value for money.

This will be my second Pro Breeze 20L De-humidifier. The first one failed after 22 months. I bought a second which means it must be good but for the few extra pounds it is worth taking out the extended warranty.

I had an issue with a previous fan (making a clicking noise) as it was only a few months old I contacted support to ask for help to resolve the issue. Initially I got the usual Ai/bot generated waffle that I went through and did what they asked (this included making a small video highlighting the fault)
a few days later I received an email more or less asking for the same thing (but also confirming my details) and once I responded to that I had another email from a human this time advising they were replacing the fan and the courier would be in touch.
No issues other than a bit of Ai interaction that was not needed at all however happy that the item was replaced with very little effort.

Great piece of kit
looks well in the bedroom
works well
good price

This is my 2nd fan which is 43'. Previous one was 44' and that is very very good. It really cools down the room. This one I didn't realize it was 43' and there is a different between the two. 43' is ok but 44' is excellent.
