10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
This is a good buy if youâre residence is like a clay oven in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. I bought this for the summer heatwaves and itâs so much better than a fan. Itâs cheap to run, you donât have to mess around with it being vented through a window and covering for the portable air conditionerâs. It can be easily wheeled from room to room. Yes you have to fill it with water on really hot days but it still works like an industrial fan especially at night and the quiet mode for sleeping. I would highly recommend.

A very speedy service. Unfortunately, it was not the right part. Probreeze sent me a replacement adapter and everything now works.

Spare-Part Remote control

I appreciate the prompt replacement of an apparently malfunctioning remote. Unfortunately, the replacement remote was not an improvement. Clicking the large central button, which I had been told is an on-off switch, does nothing. It would have been duplicative, in any case, since the remote already has a power switch. However, that switch is not exactly 'remote'. It only works when within four feet or so of the fan. The other controls on the remote are not of much use, either, since there is no led or other feedback on the remote to indicate the setting attempted or achieved.

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
Left to your own devices to how to fill with water and when to use the cooling blocks provided, do you put both in? its fairly straight forward but it was just guesswork if you have prepared the cooler for use

I would have given 5 stars but I felt really let down by customer service as there is no phone number and when I had an issue with my delivery (they said it had been delivered but it hadn't) I asked them to ring me but was told by email 3 days later they don't have access to a phone to ring their customers. WHAT!!!! Seriously WTF!!! Anyway it was eventually resolved after one week (I had paid extra for next day delivery but this seems to have gone unnoticed) and the cooler itself is fantastic, it's like having aircon.

7000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function
I ordered this air conditioner being skeptic about next day delivery but ProBreeze did deliver next day as stated (I paid for next day). There was tracking with sms notification updating the package delivery status . I couldnât tolerate the heat wave especially with my health condition, the air conditioner function well, I think the noise level is relatively okay. Actually much better than my older air conditioner. I can certainly fall in sleep without much concern. The unit can cool down a small medium size room quickly. And the weight is not too heavy to roll around. I would recommend.
