Ordered this earlier in the year and tried to use it today only to realize that the product is defective - the fan in the back is broken and doesn't turn on and the machine just overheats itself without sucking in any moisture.

I find that the Pro Breeze are great 👍

Had high hopes for this ice cream maker but sadly it's a bit of a failure and will only take up space on our pretty limited counter top now after 2 attempts to make ice cream we've thrown in the towel. We followed exactly one of the recipes suggested in the user manual and it ended up seperating and was absolutely awful. The machine also takes an absolute age to produce anything you could suggest is an ice cream. Don't get me wrong the 1st time we used it we used a recipe that wasn't in the manual and had to keep adjusting the ingredients but it came out quite nice a simple vanilla ice cream.... Soft and creamy and tasty but it took so long to freeze we've probably spent more on electricity than to have gone out and bought a ready made tub lol. Using it is also frustrating with a difficult to attach mixing paddle and container a very oddly designed and named 'adding materials' triangular section for adding things such as syrups secured with a rubber bung type inlet that isn't easy to pop off and use. The dispensing method is also reliant on gravity and the paddle pushing the frozen treat out as it spins round and this is totally dependant on whether you've got the frozen density level correct. Too frozen and it's sticking firmly to the mixing paddle. It just all seems a little too difficult tbh and we've had the opportunity to use our mother in laws ninja ice cream maker which is far easier to use and dispenses like an ice cream van without much issue. For just under £180 at time of review I think we was all expecting more from this maker but tbh it's been a bit of a let down. Yes it works if you're willing to wait for ages and able to adjust your recipe as you go because it's very hard to judge with this machine if your sugar content is either too high or too low which in turn causes issues with freezing. The 2nd time we used it we followed the user manuals recipe and it seemed to take even longer to freeze and eventually the cream seperated making it lumpy :-( This is very strange and indicates the mixing was far too intense for the recipe ingredients resulting in cream coagulation. We had to throw the stuff away after this. This machine is either faulty or the recipes are bodged because we followed it to a tee. Spend a bit more money and get the ninja swirl!

I bought this Pro Breeze EasyFreezy machine for £180 and it's a huge step up from traditional ice cream makers. The built-in compressor is the absolute best feature no need to remember to freeze the bowl 24 hours in advance. You just pour in the ingredients and it starts freezing right away. Having 7 presets is super convenient and serving straight from the dispenser is great fun. Most importantly when everything goes right the ice cream turns out deliciousperfectly frozen incredibly fluffy and with a wonderfully velvety texture! However you really have to be careful with your ingredient selection and strictly stick to the recipes. If the proportions are off the machine can't handle the mixinstead of freezing your dessert it gets stuck in an endless mixing mode and the treat won't turn out at all. I'm also annoyed by the placement of the touchscreen on top; it would be much easier and more seamless to use if it were located on the front panel. Fitting the bowl with the paddle inside also takes some practice. The bowl doesn't always lock into the latches easily at first to stay secure at the front. You need to get the hang of it though once it clicks into place it holds everything firmly and stably. On top of that the ready in 20 minutes" claim is unrealistic (expect 30-45 minutes in reality) and the dispensing lever can be tricky to use without making a bit of a mess. Overall at £180 it's a brilliant and much cheaper alternative to high-end brands but it definitely demands some patience and precision.

This is a review of Pro Breeze EasyFreezy® Ice Cream Maker & Slushie Machine (7 Presets) - No Pre Freezing needed Ready in 20mins - Soft Serve Milkshakes Frappe Frozen Drinks Cocktails Slushies & Chilled Desserts" Having had zero experience of any sort of ice cream or Slushie maker I really wasn't sure what to expect here. My timing could have been better as it arrived at a time when I am trying really hard to cut down my daily calories intake. Very well presented really good quality materials used excellent instruction manual and recipe guide. All I have tried so far is some ice cream haven't had the opportunity to be more adventurous and explore the machine's full capabilities but definitely plan to do so. Only real downside for me is the amount of scarce worktop space it takes up meaning that I can't leave it out all the time (it's nice enough in appearance that I wouldn't mind having it on permanent display if there was room) and have to store it in the garage when not in use. - - - - - - - - - My rating system: 5 Stars an exceptionally good high quality product surpassed expectations 4 stars a very good product met expectations 3 stars could be better in some respects but still fit for purpose 2 stars - significant shortcomings one which disappointed 1 star - an absolute disaster of a product - should not be on sale

So happy with it. Works on law sound. Powerful and really reducing dumd in room

Works great but very noisy.

It works but the fan is very noisy. It has only mains switch and has only one setting. It is reasonably efficient in absorbing moisture.

Clean and neat. Good performance

Good

A splendid product. Just what we needed during the recent heat waves. Easy to operate, and quiet in operation, with a perfect swivel angle, to distribute the breeze efficiently.

Good for our bedroom

I bought one of these earlier in the year in blue so I bought another in sage green. I bought them for the bedrooms & bathroom as the beauty of them is that you can easily move them around. I haven’t yet seen whether they work in the winter months when I get condensation on the windows during the night, but it’s certainly worked in my small bathroom when it gets steamed up during a shower.

I needed a new filter as the old one had been used right through the long hot summer.
The new one works brilliantly.

I purchased this for my parents as they were worried about their dog getting too hot. I wanted to get them something very easy to use that they could move between rooms as needed. Their dog absolutely loves lying next to it to keep cool!

Having been a victim of Scam trying to purchase a Pro Breeze Air Cooler, I have had my faith restored by this excellent company. The product, whilst refurbished, looks as good as new & works like a dream with the options of speed Its style fits perfectly in my garden room & I will definitely buy more of Pro breeze products directly from the company when stock becomes available. Thank you for a most excellent service.

Brilliant device. Had it for 2 years now and it's been a great machine. Has been diligently on almost 24/7 and not had any issues with it. It stops once it fills up. Very easy to tip the water out. Very good and pulling moisture from air placed it in areas we need it the most. Obviously it is small so it will only do so much depending on the area you're trying to affect but take that into consideration we ended buying two and that works for us!

Really great product whilst it worked. Good for our utility room. But stopped working (we just came down one morning and it wasn't working) 1 year and 7 months after buying it. Obviously out of warranty so the company can't help us (when contacted they explained the warranty was only for a year).

Recently purchased the above item, excellent Ice making machine! My daughter (living in University) received one as a gift, so she persuaded me to get one. Saves the hassle of using our freezer to make ice, it’s so much easier with this countertop one . Could not be more convenient!

Leaks at the bottom and only really works on the max continuous setting
