👍👍👍👍👍👍

I am really pleased with this product, it does exactly what it says on the box, cannot fault it at all.

Very quiet
High Quality build
I have 5 of these at home and have a gifted a few more to family.

Worked well for 2 days drawing a lot of water from a damp understairs space. 3rd day it stopped drawing water from a different damp room after 24 hours the container was still dry. Humidity button didn't do anything regardless of what it was set at. Returned for refund

I'm really impressed with this dehumidifier. I purchased for my daughter's bedroom which tends to get mouldy round the window. I I cant't believe how much moisture it's been able to collect from the air. It's made such a difference would recommend!

Overall, this fans aesthetic is good. Fits into modern rooms.
I can’t really comment on how the fan cools as we have not had the weather to test it yet. I am a bit disappointed with the plastic material used to make it. It seems quite brittle and thin. Time will tell how it lasts.

I love this. Does what it should

Straight forward purchase. Great price, fast service and no hesitation in using again

I purchased the "ProBreeze 10L Desiccant Dehumidifier with Heating Setting". The unit is neat and of compact size. Unlike a compressor unit, it is quite light and easy to carry / move around.
The unit arrived in on time as promised (delivered by Amazon). Communication / notifications from the company were good. Unboxing and set up was easy. A quick read through the owner's guide gave all the information needed to start using the unit. (Note: pay particular attention of the powering off instructions).
I bought mine to use in 29sqm log garden outbuilding. Although the building is partially insulated and heated when in use, it can get very cold inside in the winter or when left unoccupied (hence why I chose a desiccant over a compressor dehumidifier). Over time, without steady heating, a "musty atmosphere" develops. I was hoping that the additional heating function might work as a low level heat source to "keep the chill off". (but maybe not - see my comments further down).
I will plumb the unit in with the supplied constant drainage hose once I have decided where it should best be sighted. Once I've done that I hope to leave the unit to its own devices, set on auto and switching itself on and off depending on the humidity.
However, initially, I have it in "stand alone" mode, collecting the water in its tank. I selected "auto" for the fan speed and 55% for the target humidity. The unit detected 70+% in the room. I wouldn't say the unit is particularly quiet when operating, especially when the fan is running at its top speed. For my use, however, that doesn't really matter.
I left it running pretty much constantly for the first 24 hours, only switching off to empty the tank.
It certainly pulled a lot of moisture out of the air and changed the smell of the room from "slightly musty" to "normal". Over the course of the first 3 days, the humidity level was reduced to around 55% (according to the LED lights on the unit). I emptied out the tank several times, disposing of many litres of water from the tank. (The water can be recycled of course. Maybe water the plants indoors etc.?)
Now then, what about the "with Heating Setting" part of the description? I expected there to be an discrete option to switch heating on or off. That's not the case. It appears that the "heating" function relates to the fact that as the unit works, it gets warm that warmth gets transferred to the air that is expelled from the unit. There is no "Heating Setting" control as such.
All in all, I'm happy with my purchase. I did take advantage of a sale which made the unit very competitively priced. I believe it is good value for money. It is at the more basic end of the scale it terms of functions and controls but for me, at the price I paid, it does the job ...... almost :)

We're just so happy with this product. I couldn't ask for more.

No complaints

All seems as it should be not had much use as yet

Love this dehumidifier from Pro breeze. Ordering was a ‘breeze’ came within days, well packaged. The product is so simple to use. Can’t fault it. Thank you Pro breeze

The unit works well cools quickly and the app/Alexa integration work well although as usual no one tells what the commands are. As far as I can tell you can turn it on/off set temp set mode to heat or cool (not fan) and ask the current room temp. You can't change the fan speed. HOWEVER quiet cooling with ProBreeze'…even on the lowest fan speed this thing make more noise than my vacuum cleaner. It is NOISY. Great for a gym not really good for a living room and definitely not suitable for bedroom use except maybe precooling before sleep.

Great product.

Great Delivery,Great Price working as promised

This is an elegant looking machine. It is very effective and removes a tank of water a day.

THE 1ST UNIT HAD SMOKE / HEAT / FIRE DAMAGE INSIDE THE WASTE WATER CONTAINER.
PROBREEZE ARRANGED COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF A NEW UNIT.
IT TOOK TIME THOUGH?
THE NEW UNIT WASN'T OEDERED, UNTIL THE FAULTY UNIT HAD BEEN COLLECTED, WHICH I HAD TO FIND A BOX FOR AND PACKAGE FOR SHIPMENT.
THEN THE NEW UNIT CAME AMAZON STANDARD DELIVERY, ABOUT 3 DAYS, EVEN THOUGH I AM A PRIME MEMBER?

The OmniDry 20L dehumidifier does a great job—it's powerful and dries clothes quickly in laundry mode. I also like the app control, which is easy and convenient. However, it's louder than I expected. It makes a noticeable vibrating noise, almost like something is shaking inside. I originally planned to sleep with it running in my room, but unfortunately, it's too noisy for that. If noise isn't an issue for you, it's otherwise a very effective device.

We recently stayed at a property which had this make of fan, we were very happy with its performance so decided to buy one. It is a different model, I would say a better model than the one in the holiday home, but it is not as effective, you can hardly feel any difference in the room temperature. Disappointed!
