Delivered on time. Opened box easy instructions had it working in no time. Had previous model but was pleasantly surprised by new modern additions
All working lovely

Does a Really Good job.

Absolute life-saver. I bought this for my Parents in their 90s when their heating oil had run out and a new delivery wasn't due for a few days. This is utterly perfect and in fact they loved the gentle and immediate warmth it belts out so much that they continued using it after the heating oil was topped up. It has a super easy-to-use timer so you can leave it on permanently and it warms up when you want it and even if it is leaning against you it won't burn and if it falls over it turns off. It is on wheels so even an older person can move it easily. For children it is nice and safe as plenty of heat cheap to run and heats up really fast but removes the danger of burned fingers or toys. Totally recommended and good value. Sadly my Parents are no longer in their home and are in a care home now - however this made their last months at home nice for them and we will keep this in the family as it is so handy.

Excellent little heater even warmer than I thought

Arrived in original box. Easy to empty and use not as quiet as expected. Does the job.

Would I buy again, yes. Also excellent support team.

This is an amazing product and it has made a big difference in my bathroom. I have struggled with high humidity, damp smell and mold which is not the case anymore. It can also dry clothes in few hours inside home which is magnificent.
I’d totally recommend this !

purchased 2 of these units well cool large 10ltr so you dont have to fill them up so often keeps us very cool.

Received excellent customer service from Grace with regards to our new fan which is great!
Excellent value, really well made and aesthetically it looks lovely too! Really pleased thank you so much!

Its OK and a small unit so doesn't get in the way. It does draw out water when there is very high humidity but doesn't perform as well as I anticipated. The handle at the back serves no purpose. There is nothing to get a grip of so the unit just slides out of your hands so you do need two hands to move it which is crazy for such a small unit. I found it too noisy to have on in a bedroom at night. It is useful in a very high moisture setting.

Very compact for a 20L de humidifier. Purchased to dry washing as no outdoor washing line. Would recommend

Stopped working. Had it for just over 1 year. Changed the fuse nothing changed opened it up no lose wires or disconnections. Just cheap parts in my opinion. Shame because it was a good little heater but realise now that cheap means it just won't last

Very good machine had a previous dehumidifier for 20 years so I bought a new one this one has laundry mode works very well

Neat little machine but effective. Easy to use

Too small not worth it

I live in a first floor flat and for the first time this year encountered damp and condensation running down my walls downstairs at my front door. I purchased this dehumidifier and could not believe the difference. I have also used it to dry clothes faster and it worked a lot quicker than putting them over my heater airer. Very pleased.

2nd time I purchased this as unfortunately a few months ago I got one that was damaged on delivery, which I think was really the delivery company's fault (Evri in that case, which I complained about).
This time I purchased on Amazon, to pick up from a local store so I could see if damaged before picking up ..happy to say it was all okay.
Have been using it the last 2 weeks now, and it is looking pretty good. I find it works well, heats up a room nicely, is quiet, and the Eco Mode feels like a game changer for such things.
It is almost a 5 Star purchase for me except for 2 niggles so far...

1 the Eco Mode is the main reason I purchased this, however for some reason the thermostat on the machine seems to be operating about 6 or 7 degrees lower than actual room temperature... My room is at 19 degrees, where I want it to be, the radiator seems thinks it is at 12 degrees...
So this can be adjusted by setting the radiator to stay at "12 degrees", (so my room stays at 19 degrees), but it is a very odd niggle that I hope I have solved (will see how it goes).

2. The Display can not be dimmed ? (As far as I can see)

This is a real pain for an item that a lot if people would want to use in a bedroom (as is my case)... The light from the display is not too bad, but It is noticeable, and it seems really odd not to have that option of dimming or turning off the display.

If those two issues were not there I would have given this 5 stars.

Does the job thank you

This is just fantastic. Quiet, works wonderfully and I love the features such as the light and the capacity to charge another device from it. Airflow is good, quality is good. Really happy

Great heater, heats up the room in minutes. Very happy
