My device broke down but I've been sent a new replacement unit. Quality customer service.

It's very good

Do not waste your time or money buying this heater. Very AWFUL design. Excessive HEAT LOSS and lacks any substantial heating efficiency. Your windows and doors might as well be open as there is hardly any warmth put out by this heater. IMPOSSIBLE to set and and maintain any temperature as the heater always DEFAULTS back down to 23 degrees which on cold days offers no comfort. The previous version of this heater was perfect. But they had to ruin what was previously a good product for this cheap piece of crap. AVOID at all costs. The WiFi thing is just a gimmick. The heating functionality is SUB PAR. A waste of money.

Fast service, professional product and much more efficient than my old ones.

I have had the same pro breeze dehumidifier for the last 4 years and it's brilliant. I decided to buy another one as they work so well at keeping my home damp free. I'm now the owner of 2 perfect dehumidifier.

Faulty didn't turn on so didn't heat up Sent for refund

Great dumidifyer, so far working well. The app is a bit lacking - a notification for a full tank would be helpful, for instance as ours is used in a basement with low foot fall.

This review is not for the product as after over a week I've still not received it,this review is for the abysmal way this company is run, they take your money and then don't deliver on their delivery promise and when you try to get in touch nobody seems to care, customer service is a joke if I could cancel my order I would but of course you can't what a shambolic way to run a company and treat your customers

It broke after 2 weeks and probreeze don’t reply to messages.
Avoid product and avoid company !

Ordered Omnidry 12L in black and it arrived in couple of days. It’s small, unobtrusive, smart and easily pushed on wheels. Runs quiet enough to leave on at night when I dry clothes indoors. It’s 1p per hour on low speed on my smart meter. No permanently steamed up windows from 3rd day in a 2-bed bungalow. I can set humidity to recommended level and it will turn itself on and off as necessary, plus off when water tank is full. Slide out container is easy to empty. Very pleased with this item. Should have bought one years ago. It has made such a difference.

Very good

I have three or these sited in different locations and they are all fantastic. Two using extractor pipes and one the tank. Very effective…

Don’t know what it is like . Because I haven’t received mine. Which I ordered on the 1st of January 2025

Not had chance to use it much yet but tried it out and it heated up quickly and is easy to move. Quite a small radiator compared with some, and lighter than most.

We have 3 of these heaters for when it is very cold. They provide excellent heat quickly

Shockingly poor customer service. Still
Awaiting refund and coming up with lots of excuses to avoid doing so. Beware.

Not the lightest dehumidifier, due to it's size, but the wheels on the bottom help you to love it from room to room. It's easy to operate, although NOTE there is no phone app for this model. It seems powerful, and energy consumption is reasonable. Wish we had bought one years ago, as it's amazing how much water it collects. One annoyance is that ProBreeze reduced the cost of this model by £20 within a couple of days of mine arriving in the post! :(

Great heat for a small unit thermostat works well. Nice Safety feature if it falls over it cuts off.

The heater really made a huge difference to the room 👍

This oil radiator is the best. I have had others that get the room to hot when left on or turn them down and it gets too cold. But this baby keeps the room at right temperature. when I go to sleep I put it on 17c and the room stays on 17c and I can sleep through out the night without getting a dry up mouth
Note: it has to be on Eco 17c if you swith Eco off then it stays continually on hot with 3 bars.
That's why with these radiator I got a remote control and I can turn it up or down without getting out of bed and I have stuck a small magnet on back to then stick it to a metal plate beside my bed so I Don't ever lose the remote as it is small. If you see the picture I have attached. If it gets cold in my room I press M (mode) the Eco display goes off then I cab bring the temperature up until I find it alright then I bring the temperature down on Eco, and then it will stay at that temperature until you want change it and I do all this on my remote control. This heater got temperature control it works on a budget when on Eco and you have on and off swith on remote I live this heater and it warms up a 4 metre by 5 meters room in no time. It's a good buy I don't put on central heating any more because I Stay in my warm room.
