An effective dehumidifier which works so well. I wasn't sure if the water collector would be big enough, but even running on the Constant setting, it still only needs emptying once a day when washing is in the same room drying! The smaller unit means that it doesn't take up too much space in the room and it is very quiet. The smart app integration is also very good, but there is limited features on Alexa; only On or Off and the humidity setting, but Smart Things has all features. Very happy with purchase.

Worked great for a year now leaking and elec input is 'loose'. No access for cleaning out dust etc which is very likely why its leaking. Not bad but would have liked a bit more than one year.

I already had this heater and bought this one for my elderly parents who are in their 90s. it's very economical and heat's a room in no time. It's also very easy for them to use. I highly recommend this heater and company. Delivery was er quick and communication was excellent. Thank You Pro Breeze

Great this for little bedroom.

This is the second pro Breeze machine, I have the 6L and now the 10L. 10L is good just wish it had a consistent function if needed or you want it like the 6L dose don’t get me wrong Auto is great but the constant running would have been good if you wanted the option but overall good machines.

I'm really pleased with this dehumidifier so far. I've already got another desiccant dehumidifier from another manufacturer which I've had for years and was roughly double the price - and this one from ProBreeze seems to beat it by quite a wide margin when it comes to the quantity of water it extracts in a given period of time. Overall it seems to be a decent quality machine, and so far there's not much about it that I don't like, apart from a couple of things.

Firstly, there is no continuous/laundry mode. It runs until it gets to a pre-determined level of humidity and then it shuts down. I want to be able to just set it on high or low mode and leave it running continuously until I decide to switch it off. It's my fault, I didn't notice that the feature wasn't listed before I bought it, and as my other dehumidifier does have that function I will just use that one for drying clothes when I need to, so it's not a big deal.

Secondly, there is something that I feel would improve the product, and that's a proper handle to carry it around by. There is no handle at all, just a small recess on either side of the machine (probably about 1cm deep) to put your fingers into and lift it up. The machine's not massively heavy, but for some people who are perhaps elderly, have disabilities or arthritis etc it could potentially be a problem and they may either not be able to lift it up at all or they may drop it. I'm middle-aged and able bodied and I don't like lifting the machine up that way, so I would imagine that for others it might be quite a big issue.

The unit is far from silent when running on high mode, but I don't run it when we're asleep so it makes no difference to me how much noise it makes.

What matters to me is that it's of decent quality, it removes loads of water and it puts out a nice amount of heat at the same time, and it ticks all 3 of those boxes, so I am very happy to recommend it to others.

Delivery was very quick and it turned up without any issues, I got a great deal on the machine, and I would definitely buy from ProBreeze again in the future.

I purchased this model because of its advertised 36dB noise level. I wanted a very quiet dehumidifier as it was going in a bedroom. Upon receipt, the specification label stated 41dB - significantly louder.
Despite repeatedly filling in an online contact form, I received no contact for several days other than a receipt of the form - no emails, nothing. An email to them received no reply.
Eventually, I sent an email, copied to the head office. advising them of my rights under the Consumer rights act, stating that the product was not as advertised and asking for a refund within 14 days. I received an email just before the 14 days were up and a refund was issued following sending the product back.
My biggest issue was being unable to speak to this company, despite searching the web for a contact number so was left frustrated by their lack of response.
My advice to anyone buying this product is to check the specification label upon receipt!
I now have an excellent ElectriQ 'Quiet' dehumidifier which performs brilliantly.

This dehumidifier helped us resolve problems with condensation in our flat. We positioned it in the hallway between our two bedrooms and keep the door open and we don't have any condensation on the windows any more. It is very quiet so does not disturb sleep at all. The only thing I wish it had would be a transparent water tank so that you could see how much water is already in it instead of the icon on display. The icon is quite small and you can't see what it shows unless you lean in close. Otherwise it is a really well working device.

Too noisy for nighttime use. Poor performance at low temperature. Works well in summer temperatures, when you dont need it.

Had it for a few weeks, quiet surprised by about of water extracted from a warm and dry house.
There is a bonus laundry mode which we have used in our unheated conservatory to surprisingly dry clothes on a clothes horse. The dehumidifier is relatively quiet range from desk fan sound to combined desk fan and small fridge motor sound. The water storage is good and typically lasts for atleast 24hr use but this will obviously depend where it's being used.

I purchased this heater because I was lent an identical one by m neighbour and it heated my room beautifully. I decided to purchase one for myself, and am not disappointed.

My dehumidifier arrived with a number of marks on it which would suggest that I had been sent used or conditioned product. When I looked for contact details, no telephone number was available. The only way to contact customer services is to fill out a form on their website which generates an email and requests further details. I've submitted the further details as requested, sent several chasers but have not received a response. This is a really disappointing service.
