Reduces Humidity But Increases Temprrature

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
I think this dehumidifier would be fine for a cool damp room to remove the humidity from it. But I used it to attempt to improve the comfort level for a hot room with normal humidity. I hoped by reducing the humidity level the hot room would feel more comfortable.
This did not work, because the dehumidifier did increase the humidity level, it simultaneously increased the temperature of the room by a couple of degrees.
Having discovered this, and having only run the product once to test it, ProBreeze refused to accept a return even though the product and packaging were in as new condition.

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
This is a good fan unit, but when we added the water and ice packs it just got damp vs made any impact of cool. When room was shut up to try and cool it did nothing but make it feel sweaty! We use as fan only which is disappointing as it’s a bulky unit. It’s also not quiet on the night mode.

Milk Frother - Black
I use this daily and it froths and warms the milk well - better than the competition from the more famous brand! It also easier to clean after frothing.

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
I recently had an issue with my Pro Breeze OmniDry 20L dehumidifier, but I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Pro Breeze handled my warranty claim and replacement.
A special thank you to Manelle from the customer service team. She was extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. She always replied promptly, explained everything clearly and kept me updated, which made the whole experience very easy and stress-free.
Things can sometimes go wrong with electrical products, but what really matters is how a company looks after its customers when there is a problem. Pro Breeze handled my situation exceptionally well.
Thank you to the Pro Breeze team for the excellent service and support. I really appreciate it and would happily recommend the company.

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
We have these cooling systems at work and because they are effective I purchased one for my home office. The item was out of stock so I signed up for stock alerts and as soon as it was back in stock I purchased and it arrived within 3 days. Ideally I would have bought the 5 litre option but that was still out of stock at the time so I have bought the 10l size. It works really well but is a little large for my needs !

I am very happy with this product. At 30 inches in height it is comfortable to carry around and does not look intrusive in any setting. It is easy to operate on all settings and cools the space well. Plus it came with written instructions which is always a bonus for me!

Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - Black
Makes nine ice cube, not actual cubes but still great in the host summer months. They melt quickly but cool drinks very well. Great if you want to make Iced drinks or blending ice for slushies, frappe's etc.
Would be 5 stars if it was a bit easier to drain, and have some kind of automatic cleaning (UV).

Works very well from gentle breeze to blowing a gale. Many settings with very useful night option so becomes quieter & less forceful over a period of time to coincide with going to sleep.

5L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
A pathetic excuse for a air cooler. The only thing food about was that its very light. Functionality wise, trash. Tried getting a refund, but you jokers made me jump through so many hoops that I took it to a tip and threw it away.

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
We don’t mind the noise during a heatwave but it may not be for everyone. The cooling is excellent and we have used this very regularly throughout the heatwaves since May. Would recommend.

12,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Ordered AC, broke after a few weeks. Spent several days messaging back and forth. Probreeze agreed to replace the unit themselves and sent me an order confirmation. 20 minutes or so later another email cancelling it and saying I had to communicate with the retailer. Worked amazingly until it stopped working out of nowhere. Two star due to AC working well but customer support sadly wasting my time alongside the breakdown.

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
I bought this back in April as I was pregnant and knew it would be worth its weight in gold over the summer months. And that's exactly what it was! Very easy to use and set up and I'll be purchasing another one next year for our lounge! Highly recommend!
