20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
Best thing ever, I’m obsessed. I can’t believe the amount of water it has extracted from our house already. Laundry function is great.

Quiet? Not in the slightest!

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Pros: In terms of appearance, the unit is quite smart and sleek looking. Moisture extraction is excellent. Cons: unit is noisy as hell when the compressor switches on and gives of an incredibly annoying vibration. Water tank being located on the rear is very poor design as you constantly have to turn the unit around to empty or check water levels. Also complete lack of visual water level indicator is again poor design.

6L Compact Dehumidifier
I am extremely impressed with the 6l ProBreeze dehumidifier. I purchased it after my house became slightly flooded during a recent storm. I only have a very small house, hence purchasing the 6l model. It's very efficient in terms of lowering humidity, drying my washing and also economy. Really happy.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
Received dehumidifier damaged in transit, contacted pro breeze, they told me to open it. I did the contents were used all and all internal packing damaged the plug had been forced back in the box. I contacted them 7 times over 3 days. No response. I tried to submit a return, they told me they would consider it. I have heard nothing since. Absolutely nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT FROM THIS COMPANY

This is way louder that the website had me imagine. I've been trying to get in contact with customer service, and am yet to speak with a human.

OK rad for the price
Not assembled the best tbh- silver sticker came off the thermostat wheel within 2 minutes and the last fin on the unit not straight- joined together poorly.
Warms up quick enough- no issues so far but only a week old.
Fingers crossed🤞

Product a bit misleading and zero customer service

OmniWarm 2500W Oil Filled 11 Fins Eco Radiator Heater With Digital Display and Smart App Control - White
While this is advertised as a smart heater, the unit always turns on at 23º for some reason. The schedule function only turns it on/off. You need to manually change the temperature, making it not very smart.
Trying to return and communicate with customer services is very difficult.

12L Compact Dehumidifier
The Dehumidifier is satisfactory but wished I had purchased the OMNIDRY product which I have purchased previously. Could have saved £30 on the offer price. Although small and compact and does the job it has basic display lights, not as quiet as hoped, difficult to remove the water tank without spilling. It does not seem as robust.
