I received my pro breeze 25l dehumidifier a week ago. The product is faulty and I've been trying to get in touch with someone for a week now to sort it. I have sent 5 emails and had absolutely no correspondence back from anyone. There is no phone number to call so they are basically just ignoring me. Atrocious company to deal with

The dehumidifier doesn't really take any water out of the air, seems to work only intermittently and only if the air is very hot (which isn't very useful in winter). Overall not worth the purchase I would say, also the customer support is pretty poor as getting confusing messages and no offer of refund. Would recommend a better brand.

I purchased this dehumidifier through Amazon. When it arrived it only had THREE wheels. I was asked to send a copy of the Amazon invoice, a few days later I was asked to send a photograph of the BATCH number, which I did and a few days later asked again to send the Amazon invoice!!!!!!!!!!!!! As we were getting nowhere two letters have been sent to the Chief Executive WITH NO REPLY. Still got an unused useless appliance. Perhaps YOU can understand why I am Frustrated

This seems to remove moisture well from the environment and is straightforward to use. The controls following a read of the instructions seem intuitive enough. Haven’t tried the laundry mode in earnest yet. The noise however is not at a level my wife can tolerate in our bedroom which was the point of purchase as we have some mould spots on our ceiling. Overall satisfied and purchased the extra warranty. Mildly irritated that the best price was bettered again by £13.

The Dehumidifier extracted very little moister when I first received it, it took 72 hours of continuous running just to extract 3L, my old machine did that every day. I completed an online contact form asking for someone to contact me saying it had a fault but 4 days later I’ve heard nothing. Anyway at the weekend I switched it off and left it 24 hours and it now seems to be working much better so may be just a hiccup

Warms the room fine, however, the lack of a memory function makes it a little annoying each time its turned on as you have to set the temp and mode each time, hopefully in the next few years a newer version will have this feature.

It does dry the washing in under 3hrs and collects p'enty of water. But it is heavier than I expected - too heavy for me to carry up and down stairs. Also it switched itself off when the temperature fell to 10°C.
