Ok, but it has a major flaw……

12L Compact Dehumidifier
While this is a decent little machine and does the job fine, it has a major flaw in my opinion. The fan keeps running all the time, even when it’s reached the set humidity and the compressor shuts down the fan keeps running, so I’m reluctant to leave it on 24 hours a day and I cant help feel I’m not getting the full benefit, so what’s the point of that? I have a bigger 24litre ProBreeze dehumidifier in another part of the house and that shuts down completely when it reaches its target humidity, you’d think this would be the same. Also the instructions are a bit vague, there’s more “important safety information” than actual instructions. Oh well, it’s a case of what might have been or maybe I just have a faulty unit but according to customer support it appears that I dont.

Iv been using for 2 weeks now. I use it mainly for laundry mode and it fills up very quick however clothes dont dry that fast as promoted. I have to leave it on all day and they still dont fully dry. Its still good though as im not drying on radiator as much

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Smart App Control
Unit was delivered with slice in the power cable showing bare copper. Could of been very dangerous if we hadn’t noticed. Customer service really slow to get back to us took almost a week of numerous emails. Still waiting for the unit to be picked up and exchanged. Would not buy from them again!

Spare-Part Remote Control-2
I bought a ProBreeze fan from Amazon last sept...My wife needed it for her hot flushes...She was delighted with it, but the remote went missing, could not find it anywhere...I contacted probreeze, they asked for the order and the batch number, and I received a new remote a few days later, free of charge...My was so happy...Great support service!

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
I was really surprised how much moisture was in the air, I use in my summerhouse, bedroom and kitchen.
Hardly makes a noise love that it has a Landry feature, dry's cloths in half the time, definitely recommend.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
I am unable to review the omnidy humidifier because an incorrect model arrived and despite numerous attempts to get it collected and for the omnidry to be sent,NINE days later I have only had a computer response which tells me of the excellent 72 hour response time
I am very disappointed but still looking forward to what I am sure will be an excellent dehumidifier and I would hope to be able to give a top rating for it and your company
But at the moment I am not impressed

12L Compact Dehumidifier
I already have a smaller Pro Breeze Dehumidifier which I have been very pleased with but have a bedroom that has a large bay window and always seems to get cold and damp so wanted a slightly bigger machine and this has been perfect. Nice and quiet and I like being able to see the level of humidity in the room. Already collected a full tank of water after only about a week. Also managed to get a discount code online which made it a very good price. Would definitely recommend this product .
