Really pleased with my ProBreeze dehumidifier - it’s great at removing excess moisture in my flat and is also great for helping to dry washing indoors.

2500W Oil Filled Radiator Heater with 11 Fins - White
I honestly don’t know how pro breeze get such high reviews. I purchased my oil electric heater going by the reviews, Within 15 minutes of my delivery I realised it was damaged and I emailed immediately given all the information that was required the batch code the product my email and the damage that was on the radiator. I had an email back confirming that Gorgias Bot representing Pro Breeze support had received my email Stating how committed they were to offer the highest level of care and someone will get back to me in 72 hours, here I am six days later three more emails with the same reply. I’m a seventy two year old male and I wanted this to get me through the winter months. I fully appreciate items get damaged in transit but the after sales service of care does not seem to exist I’m having to go along to my local citizens advice centre in the next day or so to see what I go from here.Shame on you Pro Breeze.

12L Compact Dehumidifier
The Dehumidifier has arrived with a part missing, I've tried contacting the Customer Services through the website as there is no phone number. Still waiting after 10 days so have raised a return request now but it seems to be stuck in the same loop. So unit may be good but the back up not so.

I am very pleased with my Pro Breeze Airfryer.
It is much easier to than the draw type which are difficult to get dishes in & are so easy to burn arms or hands on. The viewing whole & light are useful accessories..

OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
An excellent and powerful product, but I’m giving it 4 stars due to a few drawbacks:
The filter is located on the back, requiring a 50 cm clearance from any surface, which is only ideal if you want to place the device in the middle of a room. It would be better if the filter were positioned at the front.
The continuous drainage hose is also at the back and in the middle, which affects the appearance if placed in view. It would be more aesthetically pleasing if it were located on the side or lower.
The app's timer lacks mode options.
There's no notification or warning on the app when the tank is full.

20L Premium Dehumidifier with Special One-Click Laundry Mode
It’s worked really well and made a dramatic difference to rooms that were feeling damp. We’ve used it in two small bedrooms so far but plan to use it to help dry laundry indoors, although I haven’t yet tested this function.
Delivery was super quick which was a bonus!

Yes if just want to take moisture out of any room it is excellent but for drying clothes it takes forever

Hi David, thank you for your feedback!
While all of our dehumidifiers are effective for general moisture removal, some of our models come with a specific Laundry Mode and are more powerful for drying clothes. If quicker drying times are what you’re looking for, I’d recommend checking out those models designed with laundry in mind.
Best,
Anna
