The machine works fine, and does the job in cooling our bedroom. The instruction booklet was woeful, though - I had to find the manual online.

500ml Mini Dehumidifier
I received this dehumidifier as a direct replacement for a faulty one recently purchased for my mother-in-law. I was a little surprised it going faulty as we already have two others and they have been brilliant. The new one is working with no problem.
The college I contacted and emailed was amazing and very helpful, Many thanks for that

500ml Mini Dehumidifier
Product - works brilliantly in small rooms, very easy to use, empty, and clean. Took four days to fill, leaves air fresh and crispy. Also found it cools the rooms in hot weather. Highly recommended.
Customer service - 5*. Bought 3 from Amazon, one stopped working after a few weeks. After providing requested information direct to ProBreeze I was promptly sent a replacement.
Great service and products.

40" Bladeless Tower Fan - Black
Prompt delivery, Well packed with eco moulded papier mache packaging.
Fan looks very smart, but the base had to be fitted. The controls are easy to use, but the manual needs tweaking! The safety pages are 4 pages in nice clear typeface. The symbols and instructions for use are in small print with tiny diagrams!! The manual needs redesigning so it is clearer to follow.
The question "Would you be willing to pay more for a product with a more modern and stylish design?" is a nonsense and not needed about something one has just bought!!

40" Oscillating Tower Fan - White
I bought this fan in May this year and after two months its base got loosen so the fan can’t be used in a standing position. Every time it needs to be tightened from the base and after few oscillation the fan starts swirling around. How frustrating!

Water tank and ice packs don’t really make much difference. Could just get a regular fan for cheaper.

Hello Grace,
Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the air cooler. To make the most of this, please make sure that the room it's in has plenty of ventilation. This works by drawing in the warm air and blowing out cooler air over the ice cold water/packs.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Emma

This fan is quiet and child friendly. It has a timer on it so it can go off whenever you want it to and all very easy to use. I bought two.

The fan and the air purifier work ok, but they do heat up the room. This is problematic in hot weather. The reviews saying it cools down a room well are incorrect.

no good at cooling the air

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
Bought this for an office with no windows that open and on a busy high street. The office gets hot and don’t have a vent for an air con unit so thought I’d give this a try. The idea is good, but in practice it’s useless. The water passes down the filter and the air is forced through this filter with chilled water. The problem is that it doesn’t do anything to cool the office, the office smelt like a pond after a week or so and anything that puts humidity in the air isn’t good.
The fan also is not constant speed speeding up and slowing down which is very noticeable and annoying.
I am biting the bullet and getting a proper air con unit installed and using this as a fan only to move the cold air around from the air con.
In short if you want to use it as a fan it’s ok and an ok buy.

Hi Thom,
Thank you for providing your feedback.
I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the cooler.
Please note that in order for the air cooler to function correctly, the area needs to be well ventilated. It works by drawing in the warm air over the cool water, then blows the cooler air out. This is not designed to reduce room temperature. Only an air conditioner will achieve that.
If you remain unhappy with the item, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more thank happy to take a look.
Best wishes,
Emma

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
It's main job is to cool. It does that with ease. Sure it's not as quick as a 12000btu but that makes sense. As too noise it took a couple of nights for this to settle down (I know that sounds strange but it's true). It's no louder than a high speed fan and when the compressor kicks in it's just like the fridge noise. I can sleep no problem with this unit.
You defo need a hose extension. I got a 3mtr one which has worked wonders and this is the same for all portable air con units not just probreeze.
Had an issue with the wifi not functioning but customer service (jenny) tried ro resolve with my involvement to no joy. So they did not hesitate and replaced. 10 out of 10 for cust service skills. And it was very easy to get in touch - took a total of 6 working days to resolve.
I have always been a big probreeze fan I already have 5 devices prior to this and no problems with any. Air purifiers x2 had for 3 years nearly not a hiccup.
Thank you Jenny et al for creating and manufacturing superb products, we're all allowed a blip every now and again. 5 stars

The Probreeze bladeless is amazing. It does exactly what it says. It's super quiet on night, natural and purifier mode. Rotas if wanted. Remote is magnetic so will never loose it. Great value for money, great delivery and would not hesitate to purchase from here again. Would definitely recommend Probreeze 👌🏽

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
Powerful machine. Works well in our large bedroom and linked dining / living space.
Slightly annoying things, that would be incredibly easy to add and other competing products have. 1) child lock 2) lights off setting (for a product with a sleep mode it would be nice if the LED could be turned off rather than illuminating the room). 3) better smart functions more settings in the app.
Window attachments are a really nice touch. Product is well designed.
