Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - Black
Exceptionally fast delivery.
It is used every day. Ice cubes smaller than expected but the convenience of having them on demand very welcome. So far , impressed.

10” DC Air Circulator Fan with Automatic Oscillation & Remote Control
Bought my first of this fan back in 2021. Still going strong. Great quality. Really like the look of it and the horizontal and verticsl oscillation. The display is very clear and easy to use. Manual operation or remote. Loads of settings and does an amazing job. Just bought my second one, so I don't need to carry it upstairs and downstairs daily.

Overall, I am pleased with it. However, it is not quiet, and this was important to me.
It should not be advertised as Quiet.

Hello Agnieszka,
Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that the fan isn't as quiet as you hoped. This model has a noise range of 32-58 dBA. Which is the equivalent from a soft whisper to background noise in a restaurant.
If this seems noisier, please do not hesitate to contact us via our webpage, do include a video so we can take a look.
Best wishes,
Emma

Countertop Ice Cube Maker - 2L Self-Cleaning Machine With 15kg Daily Output - White
Machine works great but I purchased the white and received the black. Not the biggest deal in the world but we settled on this specific machine so we could have the white.

OmniAir 41" Premium Bladeless Tower Fan and Air Purifier - White
Finally a decent nights sleep in hot weather - really pleased with this fan which was recommended by a friend. Sooooo .. much more effective than a Dyson and quieter and cheaper.
It’s very quiet in the night and keeps temperature cool.
If I could afford it I would buy another for downstairs instead of having to carry up and down stairs as it’s a bit heavy but worth the effort !
Highly recommend.

The fan’s air is so warm and hot! Instead that it will give me comfort its not even doing its job! It made my room more warm!

Hello Zairra,
Thank you for your feedback.
Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the fan. Please note that if the fan is placed in a warm environment. It will only circulate the air within that environment. It will not cool the air.
You may want to consider an 'Air cooler' for a cool breeze, or an 'Air conditioner' to reduce room temperature.
Please do not hesitate to contact us, should you require further assistance.
Best wishes,
Emma

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
Not worth the money charged. does not cool the room. infact it make the room warmer due to humidity. my fun does same job and its cheaper. i also do not like the fact that you can not cancel the order. you will have to wait for delivery then return it at your own cost. this is rip off. i think they know its not that good enough and people will cancel orders and will do more returns. overall verdict, i will not buy again. waste of my money.

Hello Habiba,
Thank you for your feedback.
Apologies that you are not happy with the air cooler. Please note that an air cooler will only produce a cool breeze. They will not reduce the room temperature, only an air conditioner will reduce the temperature.
To get the most from your air cooler, make sure there is plenty of ventilation, as the cooler works by taking the warm air in and dispersing the cooler air out, just like a fan however with a cooler breeze.
If you remain really unhappy, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist.
Best wishes,
Emma

Look wise is really nice and simple and I really like that. Is not as loud and also depends on what setting u put it on but it’s pretty much great for me. It doesn’t cool the room very much so don’t see huge difference.

32" Bladeless Tower Fan and Air Purifier
This fan has helped my fiancé and I be more comfortable during the day and night in are already very hot flat during the heat wave. Especially as we have had to keep our windows shut at night due to horrendous neighbours. We have slept far more comfortably. Our dog is very grateful for it too during the day when they have had to stay in the house.

Needs a more UK friendly window kit, had to make our own.
My main problem is the back of the unit and the venting tube gets very hot do the cooking function is fighting against its own heat and the pipe just heats the room up straight after you switch it off. It's definitely attached correctly and is vented.
