Bought one of these for the home last year; just bought a second one for my husband’s retail business. Extracts a lot of water and is great for keeping condensation off windows, etc. Fairly quiet in operation. Really pleased with its effectiveness, hence I bought a second machine of the same brand/model.

I bought this for my daughter as above for an old property she has moved into.
I have a 5 year old grandson and I have been very concerned about them not living where there can be any possibility of them suffering due to damp conditions.
I purchased this unit last week and it was delivered a day later!!
My daughter has been using it for the past few days and I am relieved to say that when I arrived at their home last night it did not smell damp!!
She is on a very limited income and I wished to help alleviate fuel bills due to heating and drying laundry costs.
She and I are delighted with the results so far and would throughly recommend this product.
The noise is NOT excessive as I think some reviews have suggested and actually you cannot expect a product like this to operate silently.
I would suggest that anyone who wants a totally silent product to use it in a room they are not using if they are really bothered.
Don’t we all live with the washer/dishwasher/fridge/freezer/ heating?
So far this product has reached our expectations and more.
I am also impressed with the level of contact via email re “help” as I was unsure how to access the first customer 10% discount.
Thank you probreeze team

Great little dehumidifier that is quiet and works very well

Great item, fast delivery and works well at drying the washing of a 6 person household.

Recommend for a small room with some heat, as it says in the marketing material. It is noisy, I couldn’t possibly sleep with it on, but some people don’t mind loud white noise. After reading all kinds of conflicting reviews about this and other dehumidifiers, I think the key is found in the advice that the amount of moisture collected depends on the temperature of the room - its advertised collection is based on a room temperature of 30C, which is near impossible for UK homes in the winter time. So it won’t work in a freezing garage. Without the heat on it does collect some water, but when the heat is on it collects quite a bit of water. I only run it a few hours a day, but it does make a difference to how the room feels.

great customer service and would purchase again

Dehumidifier made a difference and support was great when I had problem. Very satisfied

Bought this with winter coming to aid drying of the laundry, instead of using the tumble dryer. Only had it a short time but it appears to be working very well, it dried the clothes over night and also reduced the moisture content in the room at the same time. Have tried it in a room by itself and reduced the moisture level by 20% within a couple of hours, impressed with it and its a good looking unit. I will add that the delivery was very quick from the time I ordered it.

After suffering with condensation for a few years we decided to invest in one of your dehumidifiers. We chose this model as we wanted a sufficient size water tank so we didn’t have to keep emptying it. We’ve used it on ordinary mode and laundry mode. We are so glad we bought one

The sound it makes isn’t that loud as I have read in other reviews. Within 4 hours it had almost 2 litres of water. Within couple of hours I could feel the difference with the humidity level. Easy to use as well. Connecting with the app was bit tricky, you had to turn the location on for the smart life app in order to get connected with the device. don’t know how energy efficient it is. The only down fall is with the water tank. But I don’t think that should be an issue.

Wonferful product

Bought this to put in a cold hallway. Can't believe how much water it collects on low speed. Very quiet and left running overnight with no problems.

I bought this for my sons small box room as its condensation was affecting the ceiling.
It’s the perfect size and fits in the windowsill easily.
It’s very quiet and is doing the job of removing most of the moisture.

We had a very damp house with mould appearing in the upper corners of bedrooms adjacent to the outside walls and around a pair of ill fitted patio doors.

After using the dehumidifier for a couple of days the damp patches have completely dried and having removed the mould it has not returned!

Secondly the washing on an airer used to take a good week to dry, and using the laundry setting is now dry within a couple of hours!!

The digital reading is now hovering around 66-67 compared to an unhealthy 88 when we first turned it on.

I have been pleased with the dehumidifier so far. Bought due to a damp problem caused by faulty gutters, it has dried damp patches on the wall when used overnight. It’s relatively quiet especially on the lower power mode. Timer function is handy too.

Absolutely brilliant, easy to use and very quick results.

This has made such an impact to us, for years I’ve questioned the value of dehumidifiers but honestly I’m now sold. This removes so much moisture and has really helped with drying clothes in the house. Black mold in the bathroom which we have suffered from is gone clothes dry faster and we don’t suffer condensation on the walls anymore. Our dehumidifier is heavy so moving on the same floor of the house on the rollers is fine but moving up and downstairs can be a pain. I love the fact it has an app to operate. It can be a bit loud when on high velocity if you are near but I’m loving this purchase. Also arrived really quickly and well packed so really happy all round

wow im shocked i used to have soo much damp in my room in winter my walls used to wer in the morning windows used to have soo much water and then i order this game changer
just wow my windows are fully clean no damp smell in room my room temp is normal now
i cant thank enough worth every penny and dry all the washing really quick

The dehumidifier looks very stylish when you take it out of the package. It’s large but not industrial looking. I read the instructions downloaded the app and turned it on. It was found extremely easy to link to my internet and my Alexa. My room humidity was 69 I ran it for 30 mins and it went down to 51. I emptied the water an found it had removed just over 1/2 a cup. The room felt warmer too. So far so good. The noise level was said to be a light shower, it’s a bit louder than that but not annoying in fact the hum may potentially put me to sleep. I didn’t give 5 stars as I want to test the product for longer but if it continues as is then I would have No problem rating it 5 stars. Interaction with customer service is very important to me but the button didn’t let me say that. I want the security of reaching out when there’s a problem and getting an expert response.

Contacted customer service for advice and got a prompt response and advice on the best model for my application. The delivery from Pro-breeze was prompt. I need a dehumidifier in my garage to protect my model railway. The amount of water extracted and the reduction in humidity was amazing.
