20L Premium Dehumidifier with Special One-Click Laundry Mode
We have been having a problem with lots of condensation around the house. After lots of research, I came across this probreeze dehumidifier as the best option when comparing price, running costs and amount of water removed from the air.
The price was the same direct or from other retailers, but when signing up to the newsletter I got 10% off. It arrived quickly with detailed tracking. There was no setup needed apart from plugging in. After the first hour, the humidity had reduced from 88% down to 80%. The next few days took longer to see a reduction in humidity but there was plenty of water being removed from the air. This product has a large water tank meaning it can be left on all day without needing emptying until tje end of the day. The hose supplied is useless for me because there is no where to drain it to with power.

Delivery was super quick, it arrived in under 48 hours (my mum just ordered and received hers the next day!) the laundry mode works so well, our laundry was bone dry in a few hours. We have suffered with damp since we moved into our old house. This is really helping!

30L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Smart App Control
Without yet knowing its longevity, I retain a sense of confidence in the product. It seems to be doing the job of getting humidity down quite quickly. The compressor adds a noise level that borders on sleep-breaking, but I dare say that it is something one might get used to, but I will say this; it seems to bring the humidity down quite quickly and, so far, we are happy to go to bed with it off. What's it going to do to our energy bill remains to be seen, but it is programmable. We might program it to switch on during the low tariff nighttime hours...and learn to block our ears. I don't think I have the patience to learn all the fancy remote controlling via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Happily there doesn't seem to be a need.

This is brilliant. I upgraded from a 10ltr model that was over 15years old. I primarily use this to dry loads of washing on drying racks and also keep the condensation down in the house over winter. The WiFi feature is handy to alter all the settings remotely. Mine also interacts with all my Alexa smart home products so can be setup as part of a routine e.g. turn on dehumidifier when a sensor in a bedroom goes over 65% humidity.

This product is incredible. We went from taking 2 to 3 days to dry clothes with a fan, leaving them smelling damp and musty, as well as making it hard to breathe in the flat due to the humidity, to drying them in a few hours whilst warming up the room and keep the humidity down. The device is easy to use and it comes with wheels so that you can easily wheel it around the house. The water tank is easy to remove and empty, as well as being very large to reduce time between emptying.

Our first machine and put it to the test as soon as it arrived. It was a real success the room felt nice and warm and the laundry was virtually dry after a couple hours. Still early days but looking good at this time.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Ordered off Probreeze website on Friday and delivered Tuesday. Had worked very well so far, reducing humidity in 2 rooms from 70% to 50% in a few days. 2L tank needs emptying twice a day, though not on all the time. A bigger tank would be better but we wanted a smallish stylish unit so happy with it. Only bugbear was a warning sticker on the front that was too well stuck on and took ages to remove.

Shocking customer service . ARRIVED broken and unable to get a response from CS. No phone number and email is just an automated response.
Radaitor arrived and when unpacked noticed a dent to pne of the blades next to the control panel. Dent and paint cracked.
Emailed support (they dont have a telephone line) and got a automated response asking to fill in certain details.
I had already sent pictures, receipt, etc but did it again.
Got a mail back saying will be in touch. Week gone by and i have emailed daily with the same automated response.

I purchased a ProBreeze dehumidifier to help with condensation in the house and for drying laundry. I have been very happy with its performance. There is no longer a musty smell in our small box room and the rest of the upstairs is much drier. I am very pleased with how quiet the motor and fan are.
