This drags out moisture like someone coming out of a desert on their hands and knees. There are settings for constant and automatic, high and low fan speeds and will even connect to the WiFi should you be that way inclined. We replaced a different brand with this one and the results are night and day. The previous one would only take moisture out if the shower was left on creating a sauna like environment, this one frisks you at the door to check for any water you might be trying to smuggle in. If you want to reduce moisture in your house then buy this. If you want singing to sleep buy a music box. On low speed the fan noise is hardly noticeable, so that's good for night time. It runs like a compressor fridge so occasionally you get that extra noise, so put it in a position that isn't as the side of bed if you don't want disturbing. The only other thing to mention is it has a defrost mode, which has you running for the handbook that you promised to read but didn't. It looks like an error code but is just telling you its defrosting itself and is perfectly normal running conditions.

Very nice product. I must it's heavy. However it does cool the room down. Did problem with the remote control. Yet to sort it out

Great product, easy to install. Gets to temperature in minutes. Has helped so far in giving me a comfortable nights sleep in these hot and humid night we are currently having. The only negative so far is it is a little noisy but it has a fan running all the time so to be expected. Also the wifi instructions to connect to Alexa weren't too clear but got there in the end. Top product!

Was looking for a cheaper alternative to installing an air con unit. Wasnt too sure at first and read reviews and considered alternatives. Decided on this one and do not regret it. Use it in the bedroom and carry downstairs when needed. On all night and keeps the room cool all night. Wife moaned at first when it got delivered but now will not sleep without it!! If your considering air cooling units then this is the one to buy.

Good idea and works well, we've used it for a good month or more now, we have cleaned the water tank and filter regularly but has now started to smell! We bleached it and scrubbed into the corners where the little black bits of mould were, rinsed it thoroughly and reassembled. Worked OK again for about a day and smell returned, it seems once it gets old water in its hard to get rid of the smell and little black mouldy bits, also the blue filter is impossible to clean and showed signs of black mould, we scrubbed it as clean as we could but can't get the mould from the little nooks and crannies so I guess a new filter is required! We have now ordered some disinfectant to add to the water to see if that helps with the smelly mould problem! A decent product other than that!

l have been using the unit for abolition 1 week and can already see a significant improvement

My Airfryer has stopped working, i'm trying to look for a reference number which i cant find on my email. Please help me

Fantastic response resolved issue. Jenny was great

Great product. Shame they raised the price by £20 just as I made my decision to buy but still happy with it. Refrigeration unit when it comes on is a little noisy but it's effective

Our family love it. Like the different features to suit your individual needs. To cool an entire room 3/5. To cool within a range 5/5.

Also like the payment methods offered. We purchased it via klarna. Much cheaper than Amazon.

Will deffo buy again to be for our sons room.

I am very happy with the humidifier i bought from you.It is fantastic.

Amazing fan, the ice blocks & water tank make such a difference in cooling our bedroom. Well worth the money!

Really happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research when looking at air con units and you won’t find a single one under 1000 pounds that people don’t make comments about the noise. I’ve only had my unit for around a week and yes it does make a noise, but the noise is similar to white noise and no different than how loud a large fan would be. My husband struggles with the noise at night, but he struggles with any noise. The unit pulled my room down from 26 to 19 In around 30 minutes, it does say the lowest temperature is 16 but my room doesn’t seem to have cooled below 18/19 which is plenty cool in the heat. I paid 330 pounds for mine just one week ago and can see the price has gone up 60 pounds since then which I understand but is disappointing to see as I personally wouldn’t be able to justify 400 for this unit as my budget was 350. Overall I think it’s really good for the price I paid and would recommend the unit itself. I also love the remote feature for when I’m lazy and in bed, haven’t yet connected it to Alexa so can’t comment on that. I also looked online to look at energy consumption and someone estimated if on for 24 hours a day, it would cost 1.30 per day, which I expected much more, I don’t have it on all day, just an hour or so before bed but envision I will use it more with more heatwaves coming. I also saw a review that said that the plug and wire gets super hot but this hasn’t been a problem for me

I have this device in my bedroom and it’s keeps my room so cool that when I open my bedroom door, it cools down the hallway and my daughter’s bedroom. I stick the tube out the window so my window is a bit ajar but other than that perfection! Love it!

They’re a lot of talk about noise. It’s fine, it’s about average even on high, so don’t beet yourself up about finding something less noisy. It cools quickly, it’s fine in an average double bedroom. As with all air cons it come with a window kit for a sash window. They are not massively common so I’m not sure why the don’t included a kit that tire a swing open window. That said It’s a great unit and works well.

Good product, big enough for the room,

Really impressed with the consistency of airflow from the machine. Creates an arctic environment in under and hour. As others have stated though, it is very loud. The sleep mode does not promote silence. But this is to be expected with a full air conditioning unit. Its easy to use and the window installation is simple and effective, but awful on the eye. Its expensive to run, but you weight up that cost with the comfort factor.
