They're a lot of talk about noise. It's fine, it's about average even on high, so don't beet yourself up about finding something less noisy. It cools quickly, it's fine in an average double bedroom. As with all air cons it come with a window kit for a sash window. They are not massively common so I'm not sure why the don't included a kit that tire a swing open window. That said It's a great unit and works well.

Really happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research when looking at air con units and you won't find a single one under 1000 pounds that people don't make comments about the noise. I've only had my unit for around a week and yes it does make a noise, but the noise is similar to white noise and no different than how loud a large fan would be. My husband struggles with the noise at night, but he struggles with any noise. The unit pulled my room down from 26 to 19 In around 30 minutes, it does say the lowest temperature is 16 but my room doesn't seem to have cooled below 18/19 which is plenty cool in the heat. I paid 330 pounds for mine just one week ago and can see the price has gone up 60 pounds since then which I understand but is disappointing to see as I personally wouldn't be able to justify 400 for this unit as my budget was 350. Overall I think it's really good for the price I paid and would recommend the unit itself. I also love the remote feature for when I'm lazy and in bed, haven't yet connected it to Alexa so can't comment on that. I also looked online to look at energy consumption and someone estimated if on for 24 hours a day, it would cost 1.30 per day, which I expected much more, I don't have it on all day, just an hour or so before bed but envision I will use it more with more heatwaves coming. I also saw a review that said that the plug and wire gets super hot but this hasn't been a problem for me

The item is fine, but I have found it struggling with the size of our room. I suggest that it would be hugely beneficial to give a recommended cubic footage for each of your models. My "medium" room could be another person's "small" or "large". In retrospect, having now used it I picked the wrong model.
Another minor problem is the means of exhausting the hot air. I have fairly high top hinged windows and am finding it difficult to seal effectively. A better solution might be to have a plain panel with shaped hole for nozzle velcroed to the window frame, and peel back the panel from the velcro when wanting to close the window.
The symbols on the information panel, being blue, are difficult to see in daylight. White would be fine as the temperature measurement is already in white.

Wasn't sure quite what to expect but very pleased overall. The night time setting could do with being a little quieter but no major complaints and once the hearing aids were out it didn't disturb my sleep. Definitely made a positive difference to room temperature during the recent heatwave. Delivery was very quick and the instructions very clear. Controls are well laid out and easy to use.

Was almost put off by a lot of the negative comments, but this AC has exceeded all expectations. It’s not too big, the window seal works perfect and it’s amazing at keeping our room cool. Yes, it is noisy - but if you’re more concerned about noise over actually staying cool then just buy a fan.

It doesn’t cool the air at all . It’s just like a big noisy fan ! Waste of money

surprisingly soft for such a large unit. The fan stays on even if the water level drops too low and the cooling feature switches off, which is very convenient. Powerful fan and with the ice packs provided, gives a nice cool breeze. Easy to assemble and use.

bought this as i was sick of the grubby nights and my fan just blowing warm air around the room..thought this would make my nights happy and comfortable again but tbh its only a slight upgrade from your everyday fan..not a massive difference at all considering the price

disliked the noise, but the machine was cooling especially with the ice packs in.

Really good item for hot days Very happy with it

2nd purchase of these amazing fans, they won't cool rooms but they do cool you so you get a great nights sleep

Affordable and easy to use

Does exactly what is needed really well.

Was searching for a long time to find the right fan and this is exactly what I was looking for. Very happy.

I recently purchased this Probreeze air conditioner for my home office and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The compact size of the unit makes it perfect for the space. The installation process was a breeze, and the user-friendly interface of the smart features made it incredibly convenient to control the temperature and settings from my smartphone. In these hot summer days, it cools the room quickly and effectively, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, highly recommended!!

It is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Effective and easy to use. Bought at a competitive price

I was really worried about buying one as never had one befor but let me tell you this unit is unreal read reviews on it and some people said it’s loud not at all do I think it’s loud and it made my room that cold I went in to another to warm up over the moon with it definitely recommend it

Keeps our apartment lounge cool in this hot weather and easy to set up.
