Easy to use and quite

I ordered this item just in time before the heatwave came. I am a person that really feels the heat and I am miserable when hot especially at night when it's so muggy you can't sleep. I saw some others that were cheaper but after carefully researching the item I found that the others were not as powerful. I love this product this machine really does work, sometimes I have to move it further away as It can get quiet cold, I have found that for me I do not need the ice packs and the water from the tap works just fine. It is not an air conditioner it is an air cooler so don't expect it to cool the whole room down but it is excellent when you are 12 metres away to cool you. The item is on wheels so easy to move and the remote is a great addition. The only thing that I would say is a little fiddly at first is learning how to lock the pump in place you get the hang of it but I always feel like I need to be extra careful with it as I am worried I will pull the wires out but don't let that put you off it is really an amazing product you will no longer have to put your regular fan on and feel warm air circulate around your room it's worth it's weight in gold.

Everything that I needed done was very easy to do.

I always write honest reviews if an item is great I'll scream from the roof tops This item is defective I received it on the 1/02/2023 and it stopped working around the 27/03/2023 and the company has been giving me the run around ever since asking me for batch numbers requesting I spend my own money to send their faulty product back And the back and forth with them has given me anxiety and stress I'm a customer it's not my fault your product stopped working IM WARNING YOU PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THEIR PRODUCT TAKE THIS A WARNING FROM AN HONEST HEARTED PERSON DONT BUY THIS ITEM Their not an honest company they'll happily take your money and won't do anything if their product is defective or stops working DONT BUY THIS ITEM PLEASE I've sent their defective product back and they still haven't issued my refund Want to charge people so much money for faulty goods There should be a law against companies like this it's unacceptable Don't buy from this company £229:99 and they haven't given me back my money even though I have sent them their faulty item back

To dry my laundry. And to keep damp at bay in my conservatory

This is an Excellent Dehumidifier

Quality product that is easy to use and works really well. We have used it most days since we got it and we have noticed the benefits

Low power usage and good heat output.

Brilliant product , has solved the problem of condensation on windows and musty smells . Would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about getting a dehumidifier

Service very good reliable delivery

Noisier than expected however should have acknowledged the decibel level before purchase. Happy with product though.

Compact & stylish unit with simple controls & LED light. This dehumidifier is ideal for a small box room & has helped reduce excess moisture.

The amount of moisture removed is incredible all the mould has vanished from the rooms I have used it in.

Just one star lost for a few small things;
It's quite noisy compared to my Meaco which I use in my bedroom and it doesn't have an air purifier either. Water collection drawer is a little stiff.
But the design is sleek and modern and it's coping well with my dampness.

Bought this unit to remove moisture from the attic (about 30' X 25') after this winter. The attic had mold and a lot of damp. Sprayed the mold and put this unit in to reduce the moisture. Works very well. About 1.5l per 12 hrs on a high humidity day. Not too heavy to lift into the attic. Automatically stops when tank is full. Very happy with it and would recommend it.

Low noise, manoeuvrable and easy to use

Better than a tumble dryer

Excellent product which is very efficient.

Good buy. The dehumidifier works so well. We recently just had a plumber fixed out leaky bathroom, he suggested we rent a dehumidifier to dry out the very damp flooring and wall. We decided to buy one and so glad we decided on this model, I can't believe how much water it collected and the floor and wall almost all dry now in just a few days.

This arrived quickly and is good at its job. There are two fan settings, with high fan being noisier, but low setting noise is OK. It's also easy to empty and to check the filter. I've been really pleased with it.
