It's an amazing compact fan. Quite even on a higher speed. Very effective cooling a room 25m2
Love the timer, during sleep time.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
the quoted performance of the item (which i later learned is measured at 30C and 80%RH) is not realistic to most peoples circumstances. at 22C and 50-60%RH it yields only 2-3 litres/day with continuous running.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Bought this as we have a small flat with no outdoor space and drying laundry was taking forever and causing mould to appear in the room we hung it in. This has been a great investment and reduced the time to dry a load of washing down to hours.

Using it to dry our clothes on the airers. Does the job in an afternoon cheaper than using the tumble dryer

Small and compact, heavier than it looks but moves around easily on wheels. Works well at removing water from the bedroom, which is prone to condensation and has had a water leak in the past. Quiet, but does make a low buzzing/hissing noise that might disturb light sleepers if left on overnight. We use it mostly during the day and have no problems at all with noise. Water container a little bit tricky to remove (odd shape and no handle) – this is my only disappointment and hence the 4 stars and not 5.

I've had this unit for a little under 3 year now. It generally a relatively loud unit that isn't great to run when trying to sleep, but in general it does produce a really good amount of cool air. Perfect for my south facing room filled with tech that's usually 8-12+ hotter then the outside temps. Early today I was running the unit and heard a loud bang nose. The unit stopped blowing air and simply made a loud humming noise (the compressor). I disconnected the unit and picked it up, laying it down to start taking the back cover off. I could heard a bunch of stuff ratting around inside the unit. Took the back cover off and had a quick look inside at the and could see the plastic fan blades that blow the air had basically disintegrated. I've had a look around to see if I can find replacements but can't find them anywhere. I also have no option to contact the manufacturer via amazon anymore. It looks like I'm going to have to buy a whole new unit. Overall, it wasn't bad for the price. But I would of expected it to last longer then 3 years.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Expensive but does the job. I don’t have a big condensation problem but this helps a lot . I might have got the next size up though.

This product is brilliant and I don’t give praise easily. I put my washing on clothes horses in my loft room shut the door and put my machine on to 4 hours and the water it removes from the clothes is brilliant. Love love love my machine.

It has definitely helped us get rid of the additional moisture from the room and the condensation issues we used to have has been resolved and no more black mould but running the machine for entire day fetches you only 2 litres of water against the 12 L mentioned in the description. Also the running cost if way higher than we expected hence average rating.

OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
Cannot comment on the sleep mode as we are unlikely to use this function. Reasonably quiet even at high speed. As with all the dehumidifiers we have had , the hose supplied for when in continuous mode, is never long enough.
