To be honest, didnt really work for me, but could just be that my flat wasnt suitable for the type of product. Customer service were amazing, so I would hesitate buying something from them again.

Not very large opening for filling. Easy to use and move about, need to put towel down when opening back to remove ice blocks. Over all good value.

This air cooler provided a nice respite during the last heatwave. Filling the tank with ice cold water and a few ice cubes really helped to cool the air.

12,000 BTU 4-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner, Heater with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
got it on prime day and have used it wonderfully during both heatwaves. I recently saw another A/C with lesser noise but its not too bad either.

9000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidification Function - Smart Wifi App
I have left my review for over 12 months to ensure the air con unit had longevity to it...and it does! This machine is amazing. Simply put, it works. Even with the extreme temperatures the Uk has had, I have been cool if not cold at night. Its a little noisy, as they all are but nothing extreme, and it doesn't prevent me from sleeping. Its easy to maintain and easy to use. I put it on 16 degrees about 20 mins before I go to bed and close the door. When I open the door 20 mins later, the bedroom is cold! It worked in 38 degree heat. I slept well. I can't recommend this enough.

Used at home and in a budget hotel. Easy to move around and also empty water and refill.

10L Portable Air Cooler with Advanced Cooling Technology - 4 Operating Modes
Bought this for my dad so he can stay cool in these hot days. He has been using it for the past few days and today, he said when he walked into the house, the house smells like damp wallpaper. I know this does put moisture in the air but geeze, after just a few days use to smell so awful is ridiculous. Now I have to buy a dehumidifier and hope that does the trick of removing the damp that this machine put in there.

20L Dehumidifier with Max Extraction and Laundry Mode
Certainly looks as though it takes a lot of moisture out of the rooms it has been used in so far. Easy to see when the moisture sump is getting full. Seems to dry clothes quicker. My only issue so far is the length of cable with the unit . There has to be a space around the unit, but when this is done it limits the area where the unit can be placed. The instructions advise against using an extension lead.
