Excellent
Works well. .

I purchased it straight from the ProBreeze website, and the process was straightforward. I was able to get an extended warranty and free next-day delivery.

Dehumidifier works perfectly. It absorbs water nicely and it works quite.

Very happy so far. Small and stylish. Used in both bedrooms and bathroom and seems to be working very well. It's so quiet I've had to walk right up to it a few times to make sure it was switched on.

Product great, being pestered for a survey PITA

It was cheaper on the official site than other retailers

Used it 4 times already ned to get used to timing of cooking different items but once cooked the food taste fantastic.

Good quality item. quiet, removes a lot of moisture from the room.

Fan performs well, quiet and stylish. Happy to recommend.

Very pleased good to deal with

Very pleased with the performance of the item.

Has already removed 30+l of water from the room in question, and still purring away.

Works really well, keeping my large loft room manageable cool during various UK heatwaves this summer. It is quite noisy but not intolerably so' if anything, the noise is a sleep aid but would be problematic if used in a room watching TV for example.

I wasn't sure at first big plastic machine, large tank, small vent for the size of it it is simple to use but I checked the instructions first Needed for south facing bedroom which gets very hot and uncomfortable I filled with ice and ice packs and chilled water and turned it on for the first time and shut the door and the temperature went up!!! my immediate thought was to send it back But left it on for a few hours and the temperature came down by a degree so I still thought it was wasn't worth the money turned it off for a while when I went to bed at 9pm it was hot and stuffy in the room so I turned the machine on again goodness me it was freezing what a difference, the ice had all melted and the water temperature had gone down but it was blowing cold air and even cooled the landing definitely keeping it now! I left the door and window open which seems to help it work better not that there was any cool air outside not sure why it didn't improve earlier but but it certainly helps to make life comfortable in the hot weather it's very light to carry the wheels are great if you need to push it I find and overall I'm very pleased Turned it on again this morning lovely cool air circulating upstairs and now I highly recommend this only my first day and night of owning it but I'm pleased I bought it

I was looking at alot of portable air con units woth the hot weather coming and eventually chose this one as it was on sale with a discount of 100 and with the hot weather we have been having its been a god send. I have it in my bedroom which at this time of year is unberable and easily hits around 34 degrees and NEVER cools down. I went with the 12000 btu for my room which is a bit overkill but it was the right choice. It easily keeps my room at around 25 or less and drops the temp from 34 to 28 within 30 mins or so aslong as you use properly with window seal and close doors etc. Its not to loud either and i can easily sleep with it running and watch tv etc. The duct is alittle chunky but not an issue and the fact i can use amazon alexa to control it is a bonus. I very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it.

Fantastic piece of kit our dog loves it

Excellent air cooler, not too big and low electricity use.

Best buy.Would order more

It worked well and made our room comfortable and fresh

Like with alot of things, can be a litlle noisy when using it at night in a bedroom, but makes up in the cool air it puts out
