Perfect for my needs an excellent machine
OmniDry 12L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier - White
This item has been running continuously in my shop for about a week. We have 3 freezers with glass lids and an upright chiller with a glass door and the glass has been fogged with condensation for months and in the case of one chest freezer water has been pooling on the top of it. Since using this dehumidifier the surfaces have remained dry and free of fogging. It has made a big difference to us both in terms of presenting stock and not having to wipe surfaces numerous times a day. We empty the tank twice a day it's not full but it suits us to do that. The tank is my only niggle; it can be fiddly to get back in place and I had expected it to be larger but it's acceptable. We can not notice much noise from the dehumidifier at all it's just a gentle background hum. The controls are easy to operate and the entire machine is very light to move around on its' wheels. I wish I'd got it ages ago and hope it has a decent life span.

Much better than the throw away boxes
Osmo® 1.3L Moisture Absorber with 700g Tablet - Pebble
Bought as alternatives to the use once and throw away dehumidifier boxes. This is much better and lasts a very long time. We have one in each room now and notice how it takes away the damp smell that used to linger too.

Found very useful in my enclosed wet room (no windows, little ventilation). Little difficult seeing exact level of water needs some colour. Does extract lot of moisture.

Reliability issues
1800W Mini Ceramic Fan Heater - Black
Brought this as emergency heating when the boiler broke in October 2025 and it was great while it lasted heated the room up well and kept us from freezing for the four weeks until the boiler was fixed. We've used it a few times since but it stopped working in January 2026. I can recommend it for doing it's job well unfortunately it has been let down by it's reliability. It did cost less than £30 but I would still expect more than three months out of it before it went in the bin.

I was really suprised by how much water this has collected. I had a similar dehumidifier from another brand, which worked fine but did not look particularly good and i wanted this to look ok. This one does and works really well. The tablets it uses are massive but are supposed to last a long time so i am pleased with it so far

It's a nice looking which doesn't need big space . I bought 2, from seeing how fast the block you put inside going, it may not last 100days. Otherwise it's reduced humidity, easy to pour the water and lovely look . If it stays 100days as promised it is x 5 star.
