Stupid way to pack a machine.
OmniDry 20L Quiet Low Energy Dehumidifier with Laundry Mode and Smart App Control
Would have been absolutely fine if the unit had not been sent with the plug fastened inside the water tank. I had to get a neighbour to remove the tank cover to extract the plug before use!

disappointed .bedroom was 27 degrees at 6.00 last night. I set the temperature at 19 degrees and when I went to bed at 12.00 it was only down to 26 degrees. we felt it was too noisy to sleep with it on.Is it something that I am doing wrong.I had the pipe drawing air from outside. Bryan

6 months then it stopped working. I wasn't sure about it at first. Having had dehumidifier from meaco and ebac in the past I was hopeful of this Omnidry. However as an engineer with significant experience of motor control systems I was surprised how rudimentary the Omnidry motor control was from the beginning. They have employed little to no motor speed control so when it starts up it goes from zero to full tilt with associated shaking and noise. As a result the Omnidry is louder than Ebac and Meaco on startup. Once up and running the water removal from the aire was very good. However I noticed that over the 6 months it started to stay on longer and longer and it was pumping heat out. My assumption is that all the vibration on startup has allowed the F gas to leak. So in summary expensive not durable and unreliable. Pitty really.

Hardly took any moisture out of the room despite being on for days.. and then broke after one winter. Would recommend just getting a Meaco dehumidifier they're significantly better.

This thing is miserable. It is so loud no one can sleep with it in the room. In addition the hose does not securely fit into the window frame well enough so that every time I go to check on my children the room is warm and I notice that the hose has become disconnected from the window panel. There are better products on the marketplace. Skip this one.

1.5 yrs in the use. It got broken. It works well until it lasts. Trying to connect with their customer service is also very hard. I wouldn't suggest buying it.

Does absolutely nothing. I've had two of these in my small bedroom for over a week. I use a humidity gauge and they've not made any difference in fact the humidity has risen by 10% over the last few days. Complete waste of money. I wish I'd bought an electric dehumidifier instead.

Very good device. It's a bit noisy but ideal for cooling down a small room where I work at home. Great value
