I honestly can’t believe how much water this dehumidifier pulls out of the air—it’s really impressive and has made a noticeable difference in my home. The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy while running, but I personally don’t mind since I keep it in the living room and it doesn’t bother me too much. Overall, I’m very happy with how well it works.

I ordered it online through the probreeze website and it was delivered through Amazon. As I don't have an Amazon account, I didn't have access to the delivery date or time. I ordered on a Friday and received it on the Sunday and I was at home. Lucky me. It does what the website promises. My bedroom feels much more dry and the 4l tank is perfect for one day. Very happy about the product.

It's really loud. Has 2 functions, fan or hot fan. It shows three settings but they do nothing. It's really hot instantly but doesn't seem to heat a room, just the area around it. It's gathering dust in the corner. Too noisy and skipped on workmanship. It works I guess so there's that. I don't think it's an energy saver either.

Tried to connect phone and the Bluetooth light wouldn’t appear. After several attempts to connect using manuals, Google and ChatGPT we connected the customer service team.
This meant that I couldn’t connect to the unit with my phone to use the app. The very reason that the SmartApp control unit was purchased.
After many emails back and forward, the unit then needs to be sent back before I receive a replacement. Disappointing that this unit was faulty.

Ordered the unit and paid , then they refunded the payment and after checking with their customer twam they resold it at a higher price , the unit seems ok but i should have ourchased an extended warrantu, it was impossibe to speak wih customer service ,tried 5 times an emails go ignored , im hoping the products reliability is good as i fear it will may be a problem talking to.pro breeze
