I never leave bad reviews and can count on one hand the amount of times I have returned items with Amazon but this was shockingly bad. I help to care for my disabled uncle there have been some issues with Mould in the home due to him needing the heating on all the time and us having to do lots of washing and drying and wanted a product that could help with this. When the product arrived the instruction manual has warnings all over it saying it is a risk of explosion as it contains refridgerator gas it should not be used near electrical appliances it should only be used in a larger room and should never be left unattended. If this had been noted in the description I would never have bought it. I asked to return the product and was advised to send it back tracked at a local post office which cost me £71. This is absolutely ridiculous as the product is not faulty and I cannot say the item is not as described as it does look as it does in the picture but there is very important information that if I had known would not have ordered.

Glad I bought this dehumidifier. Always had the aero 360 but thought I'd go for an electric one and this doesn't disappoint. Couldn't believe the amount of water it collected daily. Have to empty the tank everyday. Not too loud also. The only negative would be I'd have preferred a proper handle to lift it as it's quite heavy and awkward to carry from room to room. I've recommended to others

Excellent good that you can leave it on and the dehumidifier switches off when not needed It is also a lot quieter than my previous one a different brand

Well the delivery was good because it said it would come one day later that it actually arrived which was quite helpful. So I got it and I just plugged it in. Left it on auto (this will automatically set the room humidity to 45-55% based on the room's environment) to see what it would do. After a couple of hours I looked at the graphs that I had from separate independent humidity monitoring and saw that it wasn't really doing what it said it would do. It was seesawing around 64% humidity. So I set it to run manually and switched it to 45% humidity. And you can see what happened on the attached photograph. It's made a huge drop down to about 50% then it may have gone into defrost and after that there were a series of large steps down as far again as about 50%. Then seesawing around the 52% mark until the tank got full and it stopped. Starting at around 70% humidity in a room of about 28 cubic meters the tank took 19 hours roughly to fill. Running continuously I estimate that it's going to use about 8 - 10 kilowatt hours a day. Talking of running continuously it really would need to be fixed to a permanent drain. Is it heavy? I needed to carry it upstairs and yes it was. Is it noisy? A random noise app for my phone suggested it was doing about 55 decibels. It sounds to me like you're standing next to a working photocopier so I wouldn't really want to be in the same small room. On the other hand all this would seem to be moot because it seems to me that availability is coming to an end. The one I bought was described as used in very good condition but when it came it seemed to be brand new. One last thing according to my observations the display on the machine which gives the humidity is probably optimistic by about 5%. In other words it reads 5% too low."

I have only had my 12l Probreeze dehumidifier for a month and I am very happy with it.
Functions are good and it quiet to run, I haven't needed to use it when drying clothes yet, but hopefully it will work well.
I would have prefered it if it was a little lighter as it is quite heavy and bulky to carry up and down the stairs; I have a one bedoom house. I chose this one because of the good reviews and website information.

This is my second dehumidfier and I wouldn't be without one. My last one was a Meaco and it only lasted 4 years. I tried to get the Meaco fixed at a Repair Cafe and they said it was like new inside except the motor didn't work properly. I am hoping this Probreeze lasts longer. My daughter has had her Probreeze for years.

It is as described quietly working away pulling moisture out the air working great with my clothes getting them dry quicker, it does sound like it’s gunna cut out and then goes straight back on I don’t know if that’s how it is supposed to work but other then that pretty good product.

After getting fed up with wiping condensation from windows most mornings in the the winter I decided to do my homework on dehumidifier s, my sister-in-law borrowed me hers to see how we would get on with one, although it was only a 12L it showed me what could be achieved, so I then got to work on reading up on them and reading reviews , I must admit there are a lot of makes out there and most had great reviews, although the ProBreeze stayed top of my list, so I ordered the Probreeze 20L , I can honestly say I have no regrets, it was delivered very quickly and well packaged, I did not rush into using it until I had read fully the user manual, I now find it brilliant and my wife thinks the Laundry mode is great for the winter, I have noticed a few negative reviews on here and can not understand how they can rate anything negative unless they haven’t read the manual first and are using it incorrectly.

Not as quiet as I thought it would be. Emptying the water tray is a bit awkward. But it does the job

Good dehumidifier works well and keeps the room from having high condensation

This is my second ProBreeze. It seems rather noisier than the other, and once again the captions on the control panel are less clear than they should be. Happy overall, though.

Purchased it over a year ago and ONLY using it to dry clothes during winter. So barely 6-8months of used. However, experiencing ice build up now, done all the recommended steps they recommend but still ice build up persist. Will not recommend buying this product for which it is less than a year of used it got issues and customer care just offer me 15% off on my next purchase. Have already 2 products from pro breeze and hopefully the other one will not have issues after barely using it. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Great little dehumidifier, would definitely buy one again

Bought this after the wire on my previous, different branded, dehumidifier, was damaged. Very good price and when I was drying some washing on a heated airer, I put this next to it and was amazed at how much water it collected. Tried it in the steamy bathroom but it was on the floor and didn’t seem to collect so much then but possibly my positioning wasn’t great. In summary it was much better than my last one and very good considering the actual size of it.

Stopped working after neatly 4 months. Worked well until it stopped but now NOTHING

Lid does not fit securely

I am a loyal ProBreeze customer and previously owned a dehumidifier with a heat fan attached. I thought this one would perform to a similar standard but it absolutely does not, my small bathroom stays at 60° humidity and the tray collects a very limited amount of water. I did reach out to the support team but they were not very willing to support.

Lid does not fit ‘securely'

The product is not robust, the internal shelf for the tablet is too flimsy and the original item which was sent to me was broken due to this.
The replacement item does fulfil its requirements, but again it’s still a very flimsy product
