Easy online ordering process. On time delivery and the radiator was very well packaged. Easy assembly only needed to add the castor. So far, the radiator has delivered on providing heat quickly. Only one carry handle so be careful as the radiator is very hot to the touch!

The dehumidifier is very good and good value . The customer service however was lacking, with 2 different delivery dates advised, half the address missing off the notification, no servIce phone number, just an email which states you are busy and expect a reply within 7 days..

After ordering on line directly from ProBreeze to delivery was four days Which was seamless. I love that the warranty is for two years and am so far very pleased with my purchase.

The order was dispatched almost immediately and I received it via a 24 hr courier. The machine literally plugged in and started collecting water within a few hours. It collects around 30-50mls per day which is a little less than hoped but I will persist with it in hopes it will reduce the musty smell in my bedroom. Apart from its performance, the unit itself is very modern looking and small enough to move around easily. Overall very pleased.

The dehumidifier was delivered the day after I ordered it. I started using it straight away and I just wish I'd bought it sooner! It took so much moisture out of the air in my house and has helped massively with condensation on windows and drying laundry. Well worth every penny!

Fast, secure delivery and a well packaged product. It has since been used in several rooms that had been used as storage during renovations work and not heated. Very simple to use, has both wheels and a carry handle making it easy to move around and is quiet in operation.
