Service is bad. Really!
Delivery was quick, but after sales responses to my questions..... too slow. I thought that they had to send their replies to their CEO for approvals.
Due to the issue on their website, they managed to charge me twice. Second dehumidifier I received 3 days later. I did not order it.
I wrote to them about my concerns, but received a reply some time after, emphasising, that they DONT COMPENSATE RETURNS!!!??? WHAT???? NOT ON MY WATCH!!
another problem I have is that with the first dehumidifier. There is a scratch on the inner side of its digital display. Does not look nice.
They have not specifically addressed this issue. Will they swap it? Will they offer me some compensation. Nothing.
Will have to continue writing reviews anywhere I possibly can.
If they don't reimburse me for the second dehumidifier, including delivery, THEN "all mighty" Consumer Law and due process will be initiated. Probably their Mr CEO will sort it out before I wake up tomorrow?!?

This heater makes the most annoying noises constantly. I have never heard anything like that before coming from a heater. I'd like to have it replaced but I don't know how to do it.
