I ordered my ProBreeze dehumidifier and it was due for delivery on the 21st November. It has not arrived. I have raised this but have had no follow up yet. This is simply not acceptable as the payment has been taken - at the moment it is unclear if i will receive this.

Well, to date, my experience has been dire! Their advert stated that they get stuff delivered with in 2 working days, which is the reason I ordered the dehumidifier from them.in the first place, and here we are, over a week later and I'm still waiting. I have tried to contact them twice and it appears that they are uncontactable, so I believe I have been scammed out of £150

Mini Dehumidifier 1.5l is a godsend, low power consumption and absorbs all the moisture in turn drying clothes indoors and removing any sort of odours. Has two years warranty and is a product one should buy. 10/10 product quality, 10/10 energy saving.

My new Pro Breeze 12L is excellent! Having a new roof and new windows, my house has begun to collect condensation, The Pro Breeze has rectified this within a few days. Delivery time was above average! I immediately went to buy another to find the price had increased by £10 within the days it took to receive my order. I didnÕt buy a second due to this.

I have two dehumidifiers from Pro Breeze - a 12L model and now a 20L model. Both are excellent and were dispatched and delivered quickly.

I am waiting for Pro Breeze to get back to me after sending them details of a leaking lid seal on my Digital Air Fryer. This means I cannot use it safely. A quick resolution would be appreciated!

I ordered my dehumidifier on Saturday and it arrived on the Tuesday which I thought was excellent timing for delivery. The dehumidifier was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I have not had to contact Pro Breeze as I didn't have any problems so cannot comment on their customer service Thank you Pro Breeze

I ordered the dehumidifier and was updated at every point of the process. It was the best price I could find and was delivered when they said it would be.
