Recently bought a dehumidifier from probreeze. The unit itself is attractive enough for something like this and it is relatively quite, and has a good readout on top. I have it on for around 5 hours a day in the evenings and does a good job of removing the condensation from cooking etc. These things are more important now considering we aren't having the heating on as much for obvious reasons. It was delivered in good time. Excellent.

Yodel's delivery info was frustrating. They gave a date and time slot. I stayed in all day (cancelled an appointment) No delivery. They said "sorry we missed you" and "we've put a card in your door". No card either. Webchat promised another delivery day. I waited in all day (another cancelled appointment) No delivery. Delivery came the day after...luckily, I was in!

The whole experience of purchasing the Air Fryer from Pro Breeze was simple and stress free. I was surprised when the Air Fryer was delivered just two days after I placed my order! The machine itself is easy to use and produced excellent results. Cooking frozen oven chips in it gave far crispier and browned chips than in my Aga Oven!

Poor. Your website crashed when I was purchasing a dehumidifier. When I then went back on to purchase again, I found after placing the order the other order had also gone through. Contacted customer services who were very unhelpful and IÕve had to pay the return for your website issues.

On first use, the dehumidifier left a pool of water on the floor, the tank was about a third full, so it was not an overflow issue. It was at this point that I read the TÕs and CÕs, they do not read well and do not inspire confidence at all. The absence of a telephone number is also a worry. I sent the email as requested, the automated reply said that they were very busy and to expect a reply to take 7 days. When you spend any amount of money on a product, you expect a reasonable level of service, if it was a cheap fan from China, I would expect to Waite and most likely write it off. Spending £160 you would expect to be able to call the seller or at least get a quick response. They do respond very quickly on TrustPilot, there is not hiding that, as the post date and response date are listed. I wish I had read the TÕs and CÕs first, I would not have placed the order, they give a poor reflection of the company and their policies. Buyer beware.
