Contact and communication was very poor. I didn't receive acknowledgement of purchase for 3 days, and then that was only a "we have sent your produce". No contact number to find out if it had actually been ordered. Delivery took over a week, even though was advertised as next day. Replies to query page take longer than stated.

My order arrived the next day. The dehumidifier works very well. I would recommend this company and product. Would have given 5 stars but for one problem .Promised 10% off price for my next order but when I tried my anti virus protection warned the web site was unsecure and advised me not to proceed. I followed this advice.

Excellent service, unfortunately if I had waited a week, it would have been £10 cheaper on Black Friday! and then 5stars.

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described - buying direct made it much cheaper than purchasing from a third party and it arrived just as quickly as it would have from a certain website named like a south american river. Very happy, my washing is drying inside! Yey!

This is my third ProBreeze product (I also have a dehumidifier and a fan) and I couldn't be happier with either the products itself, customer service (when I needed it) or their extremely quick delivery.

Very pleased with the dehumidifier I purchased. Price was competitive and product is working as described. Easy to navigate the site and place an order which was dispatched promptly and arrived within a couple of days.

I cannot be objective as the purchase was made during black Friday week and increased work load are expected.

The dehumidifier I bought is great, was good value for money and is working great to help dry clothes indoors, as it's winter
