I don't usually bother leaving reviews but this whole experience was so good I have to recommend. The dehumidifier arrived smoothly the next day, took 2 mins to set up and within 24 hours had completely changed the whole feel of my home! Previously damp, cold rooms are now dry and pleasant, I am shocked at how good it is.

Didn't realise until reading the manual that it needs to be used in conditions of 20-30c I've not got my heating on yet so not tried it out yet!

The products are great. I've knocked 1 star off because the packaging wasn't the best (3 boxes chucked in a plastic bag and parcel taped badly - luckily no major damage to the boxes) and the courier, Yodel, claimed to have attempted delivery to my office where reception is staffed 24 hours a day (and thus failed to deliver in the one-day delivery timescale claimed on ProBreeze's website).

The product arrived upside down. I researched the effect and decided that the risk of future failure made a return essential.
Upon contacting the company for you to arrange e return and refund, I received an automated response saying I had to wait up to seven working days for a response. I am still waiting.
Please expedite a collection of the product and a refund as I requested on 23 November.
Thank you David

Quick and efficient service at an excellent price. I already have one of these mini dehumidifiers and really like it. Tip the water onto my plants.

I'd like to know why my order was through ProBreeze but delivered via Amazon?

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. This is the 3rd fan I have purchased, 2 for myself and one for my daughter. However, the last one received makes an annoying noise when moving left and right, so clearly something is catching or rubbing in the mechanism - so it is not anywhere near as quiet as the first ones purchased that we were very pleased with, So I would like a solution or an exchange please.
