Item arrived broken, unable to contact them for a replacement and not responding to emails. Bought direct as cheaper than on Amazon, wish IÕd bought through Amazon now with their no nonsense returns policy.

Fast delivery and good product. Used in living room at night to clear condensation from windows. Does job well but a little noisy for constant use.
