The unit is very noisy. Even I put it in lower floor, my family still hear the operating sound on the upper floor. And the package is missed my hose and operation manual as well. I sent a request for return the goods, but I canÕt hear any feedback for your teammates.

The unit doesn't work (fan not running). I tried to contact Customer Service through the proper channel and all I got was automated replies, still awaiting for a human being to actually contact me back and address the issue. Called the Head Office: the phone line is closed, on a Monday afternoon!

We bought a dehumidifer about two weeks ago and have already fully anthropomorphised it as our grumpy little helper. When you go into its room it cranks up to warp speed so either there's a hidden motion sensor or the humidity detector is really accurate. My partner and I now refer to ourselves as "the moist ones" because it happily goes along on low speed until you disturb it. Seriously, it's a really great product and it's been pretty shocking to see how much water get slurped out of a seemingly dry room. Makes me feel bad about not getting one until now. It has really helped with drying wet washing and heating otherwise radiator-defying areas. I haven't had any direct contact with the company and in fact they never responded when I asked a question through the contact form. But it did arrive in the promised 24 hrs and so far the product has been brilliant.
