We bought a dehumidifer about two weeks ago and have already fully anthropomorphised it as our grumpy little helper. When you go into its room it cranks up to warp speed so either there's a hidden motion sensor or the humidity detector is really accurate. My partner and I now refer to ourselves as "the moist ones" because it happily goes along on low speed until you disturb it.
Seriously, it's a really great product and it's been pretty shocking to see how much water get slurped out of a seemingly dry room. Makes me feel bad about not getting one until now. It has really helped with drying wet washing and heating otherwise radiator-defying areas.
I haven't had any direct contact with the company and in fact they never responded when I asked a question through the contact form. But it did arrive in the promised 24 hrs and so far the product has been brilliant.

Fantastic device. It was delivered very quickly. When I turned it on it showed a reading of 80%(!!) humidity in the flat. I let it work nonstop for 3 days, in which time it removed some 30 liters or more of water from the air. It basically saved the flat because I can't imagine how else I would have got rid of such a lot of moisture.

We have the larger model which is superb and brought this small version for by the front door as we get mould , it is just not powerful enough , which is a real shame as the build quality and look is superb

Bought due to damn issue with gable wall (old granite house). Delivered quickly via yodel, no issues. The dehumidifier (probreeze 12 L) works a treat. Withdrawing a surprising amount of water out of the room (8 pints in 72 hours). Went from 77 down to 48. And this was during several days of heavy rain and high winds. I expect the amount of water being collected will settle down over time. So pleased and planning to buy one for downstairs too. Although IÕll wait for a sale of some sort.

1. Item delivered Tues 15th, first tried Weds 16th and is faulty, 3 times tripping the main RCD. First contact with Customer Support, requesting replacement was on Thurs 17th. Is now nearly 3 working days and nil response, and no capacity to call and discuss the problem and solution. 2. Courier company (Yodel) appalling. No ability to change delivery time and item left on doorstep in the rain. You may not be the courier, but safe delivery of your products is still your responsibility.
