SCAM!!!
I ordered a dehumidifier from the Pro Breeze website. Pro Breeze use Amazon Shipping to deliver the product. Amazon Shipping show that my purchase was delivered yesterday. I was at home - and have CCTV video footage to prove this. There is no contact number for Amazon Shipping and no contact number for Pro Breeze. I have completed several online requests for assistance. All I get is auto replies from a chat bot which are useless!

Worked well immediately.Needs to be on low all the time to heat the room best.clearer instructions about how to fix the metal bars for the wheel attachments would help.

Only one star as I can't leave none, this company is totally useless I ordered a product well over a week ago and still not received it, trying to get get a response from anybody is like trying to contact the dead, if I could cancel my order I would but they make it impossible to do so I just have to wait and hopefully someone will get their finger out and get this resolved would not recommend this website to my worst enemy and certainly will not use again whoever runs this company should be ashamed of such appalling customer service.
