Damaged goods delivered twice. Evidence submitted to customer service. Sadly being ignored.

First dehumidifier was faulty. But messaged them and they sorted it out stright away with a replacement, would deffinatly recomend this company

It’s very very slow even I put it in bathroom with more than 4hours, just collected few drops of water. The return policy is not fair as well, once you use it you can’t return the item. If you want to buy, highly recommend buying from Amazon, at least u can get a refund.

I ordered a dehumidifier on the 3rd December, it was supposed to be delivered by Yodel by 6th Decemebrer. As I could not receive it at home, so I chose to deliver to a Yodel store. However, the tracking history showed they attempted to deliver on 6th December, but the parcel was not collected and will return it to the sender. I don't understand how can a parcel not be collected by a Yodel store.
It took my whole week effort to finally successfully talk to a customer service staff of Yodel and they said they have no further information other than the things listed in the tracking history. The tracking history still shows Yodel has the parcel even on 16th December, but they can only ask me to contact the sender, Pro Breeze.
I have tried to contact Pro Breeze since 7th December to follow up on my missing dehumidifier, however, no direct contact is available. No matter whether emailing help@probreeze.com or reporting an issue on the website chatbox, no reply nor contact has been received from Pro Breeze. I am very frustrated in chasing and finding my purchase. The whole customer service and delivery are all making my life more difficult.

A bit disappointed. It’s not as good as the people’s review. it takes very long time to dry the clothes and the digital display seems react a bit strange compare to my other dehumidifier . I would not recommend this to my friend .

Very quick delivery

Contacted customer support multiple times for help with a faulty product and they just haven’t bothered to get back to me.

After 2 weeks, still waiting for the dehumidifier. It was two days delivery. Poor service, not happy.

Address was auto filled by the website, I contacted the company within 5 minutes of placing de order to say that I have moved 8 months ago, provided new address which is 160 miles away but I got a response saying they cannot amend or cancel the order, I have tried many times to explain that I would not be able to collect the item if they deliver at the reception ( there are over 50 flats in that tower), I was simply ignored. Now the product has been delivered to the wrong address, only hid know what happened to it and I’m challenging the payment with PayPal, so well done!!!
