I was super sceptical about buying this to help dry clothes indoors but have to say I’m blown away by the performance. Placing the dehumidifier by a maiden full of a 9kg wash load dried it indoors in about 4 hours, using about 40p worth of electricity. Certainly would not be without one now, cannot recommend it highly enough.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delay in receiving my order placed on 30 November for a dehumidifier (Order PB-UK-64189).
While I understand the increased demand during the Black Friday promotion period and have been patient, the item has yet to arrive as of today, 10 December. Upon checking with your delivery agent, Yodel, I was informed "(my) package is delayed because of the extremely large amount of packages at the depot, which causes a brief delay in some postcodes that this service center serves" and "(u)ntil (their) delivery team assigns the package for delivery, (they) are unable to provide any more updates (on the delivery schedule)".
Lack of progress and clarity is highly frustrating. You're therefore requested to review your logistic arrangements, particularly during peak seasons. Meanwhile, it seems I can do nothing but to wait for any updates ......
