10l dessicant dehumidifier is working great in our house.
Primarily used for drying clothes, but also helping to reduce moisture and mould in the rest of the house.
Excellent customer service, easy to contact and queries resolved quickly.

The dehumidifier i ordered is faulty and I am unable to get hold of the customer service team. Absolutely awful customer service, I am now going to have to go through my credit card company to try and get my money back.

I purchased two small dehumidifiers and asked to return one as they were too small. I returned it using Tracked 48 almost 3 weeks ago and they have still not refunded my money. I have contacted them over and over and get nowhere. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIEFS!

This was a return arranged through Amazon. Dealing with Pro Breeze was
an absolute pleasure. Wonderful staff communicating via email. I could contact them directly, no such thing as 'No Reply Emails' , actually had a name! Wish more companies were like this. As for the new Air fryer, Model AF-01 it's fantastic, the hot air swirls inside and cooks everything really evenly. I'm definitely going to look at their De-humidifiers!

This was a replacement model for a faulty air fryer I purchased a few years ago.
Obviously I appreciate the recall on health and safety grounds.
The process to return and replacement of a better air fryer was greatly helped by your customer care department.
I am very pleased with both service and product.
Thank you
