I'm leaving 1 star as 8 days on, I've still not received my goods
Their website states delivery within 2 days
On tracking it was day 4 before it arrived with courier, and their page hasn't changed since. I'm still waiting. You can't speak with courier service. I have complained but just had reply saying goods been despatched

early days yet but seems to be working efficiently and doing what it says on the tin.

My dehumidifier broke after nearly a year of use. Still within guarantee I emailed them. They replied quickly but said I could use it without the wheels which is not really an option as they don't come off easily and also not the intended purpose. After I pushed back I received a replacement but I do think they were being cheeky by suggesting to use it without wheels

Ordered two radiator heaters which arrived on time but on opening the packaging I found that one of the two was damaged and leaking oil.
I contacted Probreeze and am currently awaiting their further action.
