Delivery was very quick but delivery driver didn't leave with designated neighbour or leave a card to tell us where it was. He just left it on the neighbours doorstep without taking the required photo. After trying the dehumidifier I don't think it's working properly. I have completed the customer service form and sent an email but heard nothing back yet. So overall not a great experience for a £220 product

Was looking at getting a second heater and went direct with Pro Breeze where it was way cheaper than getting it from Amazon! Great smooth transaction and had no problems with the unit!

Used almost everyday since purchase and it's making a huge difference whether drying clothes or keeping bedroom windows free from condensation. Despatched timely within 24 hrs but YODEL delivery at 4 days was rubbish just sat at their distribution for 2 days.

Easy to access and navigate website. Really great product - the size is great for a kitchen when drying washing. Quiet sound - not intrusive. Easy to set up and use. The delivery was fantastic - speedy and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I found it strange that some of the information {'This humidifier works best between 20-30*C and 60-80% humidity'} {'we recommend using.....in a small, enclosed space'} was not available via the internet disclosure and advertising. It was available only in a card within the packaging of the dehumidifier. If I had read that, I would not have bought the machine.
The machine I used, the PB 21, only managed to dehumidify the four lowest panes in my window i.e. an area less than nine inches around the machine.
When somebody from Probreeze contacted me via email to arrange the collection of the machine, the date I gave was unacceptable to them and they gave no idea of a future date.

Very fast service, great product. Easy to use, has massively improved the damp in our house, and has improved the quality of air!! Very good dehumidifire, quiet and small enough that not in the way, but efficiently removed humidity.

I had this product but for some reasons turned faulty. I am at wits end trying to gets a replacement but all I am asked is for information and photos to be sent per email. The issues does not seem to be sorted out even after doing it. The simplest thing would have to send a technician or just replace it as it is on warranty .
