The actual process of the order was very fast and easy to complete the only downfall was they forgot to enter the street name on delivery information, I'm not sure whether the fault was theirs or mine but non the less the customer service were very helpful I would certainly order from the again

Ordered on probreeze website ok , took 4-5 days delivery although suppose to be next day delivery. The unit is quite quiet but doesnÕt collect as much water as my other one does which is a h2o one so overall just above average.

We had a water leak in a cupboard and the floorboards need drying out. We already use 2 in other cupboards due to moister as we do not use loads of heating there. They are absolutely brilliant. They work 24/7 month in month out at say no cost. It was a definite no-brainer to go for another little one. I hardly do any product rating but I make an exception for this little wonder. Thoroughly recommend.

The delivery was lost for a number of days and there was no communication from Pro Breeze or Yodel as to its whereabouts. Pro Breeze having no contact phone number is a massive short-coming, especially since their email enquiries state "we'll reply in 72hrs" (which also didn't happen) and 72hrs is of no use if you absolutely need your item. Do not state "Next day delivery" if you cannot deliver on that promise - I waited 6 days for mine to show up and I needed it next day. I understand accidents and mistakes happen, but having no way to practically rectify them is quite frankly unacceptable, so I will not be buying from this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
