This is my first purchase from probreeze.com, although I already own several Pro Breeze products. Delivery was speedy and I was kept informed at all stages. All at a lower price. I will definitely consider ordering from this seller again.

Ordering was easy, delivery was swift. The only difficulty I had was the actual installation. It was the first time from buying the fan that I had to do this and the instructions just said "lift the top off". It isn't that simple. I rang customer services but no one was available and I was told to ring back later. I emailed then instead. Meanwhile, I discovered there is a little tab at the back of the lid that needs pushing in, I couldn't do it manually so had to use a knife to help me. Very easy once I realised but no mention of this in the manual. Customer services did respond in a couple of hours and were very pleasant but by this time I had sorted it out.

Service was brilliant, as the machine arrived in under 48 hours from ordering. Second product bought within a week - really ACE product.

Service was very prompt but unfortunately the product didn't work in our situation but you accepted a return and credited the full amount
