I had received a faulty product, the item was badly scratched. The box was not damaged, so it was not on scratched during transit. Although they were unable to fix the problem and replace the item, service was very prompt and friendly and they did their best to offer an alternative solution.

Excellent value for money and great customer service. Had a slight problem with Amazon delivery, but Yasmin in customer service at pro breeze quickly sorted this. Love my bladeless fan and will recommend this company.

The AC Unit it extremely loud. And they dont pay for shipping the return item back. This is rediculous, especially if you bought a heavy item.Ended up paying 113 pounds to return an already expensive item. Never ordering from them again

Really quick delivery although delivery updates/notes can be a bit confusing as itÕs a different company name to what you expect.

I'm very pleased and the delivery was great. The advice on the size of the air conditioner for the size of the room was not so helpful as I feel indeed a bigger one. however I will move this one upstairs for the bedrooms
