The AC Unit it extremely loud. And they dont pay for shipping the return item back. This is rediculous, especially if you bought a heavy item.Ended up paying 113 pounds to return an already expensive item. Never ordering from them again

Really quick delivery although delivery updates/notes can be a bit confusing as it's a different company name to what you expect.

I'm very pleased and the delivery was great. The advice on the size of the air conditioner for the size of the room was not so helpful as I feel indeed a bigger one. however I will move this one upstairs for the bedrooms

Only had my 10L Air Cooler A few days, which 2 of these have been the hottest days so far this year. Until today I'd used ice and ice packs in the water. The result was unbelievable, instant cool refreshing air. Today on coming home from a game of golf I turned it on without using ice etc. The result instant cool refreshing air. This evening Iv'e been looking at buying a 5L model for the bedroom, come payday the orders going in. I would and have recommended ProBreeze to family members. To give a score would honestly have to be 11 out of 10.

They were cheaper than going to shops or other shopping websites. The also did everything the said they would do in the time they specified. Well done. I have shared my experience with family and friends and demonstrated the product for those that were interested in having portable air con. Hopefully this will turn into some more orders.

I was unsure weather to buy a AC unit or a water cooler I decided to buy the probreeze water cooler as I didn't want a hose having to be attached to a window .Im glad I picked the probreeze I add water and ice and it works a treat
